My husband and I are in our 70’s and we had an issue with our Black Beauty mattress. This very kind, kind girl name Kari doesn’t even carry that mattress but went out of her way to contact the company and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I am so glad that I called her. Most people would have said “We don’t sell that mattress” but she spent an hour relaying all the information and contact information. We need more employees that will help you with an issue and I am blessed to have called this employee Kari. She went over and beyond for customer service. Thank you Kari!??

James was very informative and helpful! We needed to make a purchase from out of town (we visited a local Mattress Firm, so we knew what we wanted.) He made it easy, and the delivery date will be just as we arrive at our new home. Super easy!!

I took my mom there to get her a new bed was not disappointed. Overall very good communication with customers and the salesman was very patient with my mother giving her much needed insight to what she was looking for. She was able to find herself a bed. The salesman was very upfront with all the financing specials and warranty info making sure we understood everything.
