was the only place that could order a specific insulation on a special order without making me buy a ton of it. And they got it here quickly. Free delivery. And would have brought it to the house for free.

First visit the manager helped me. He walked me directly to the perfect sheet of wood for my project. Second visit Alma helped us. She was all business to complete our return, with zero hassles. As we shopped around she assisted us several times and even shared a laugh with us.
The only negative was the annoying alarm while I shopped for drill bits. Made me rush a little on my purchase. Store lost money because I probably would have bought an additional set of bits, but ran from the annoying sound instead.

Best in class store. I come here for all of my building materials, tools, and hardware because they have excellent people, pricing, and material quality. Mike Wauson, Matt R., Arnold, Lucy, and the entire team will greet you with a smile and make you feel like family.

States in store you give military discount but yet when asked about it every excuse was given to not give discount. We made two large purchases and even spoke to a manager and received no help. Why post that you give military discounts when you have excuses on when to accept it or not? Poor service at both locations and if this was the case I would have gone to Lowe’s or homedepot since they honor and value 100% military.

The girls in the front were helpful, but when I went to the back to try to get my stuff, the guy out there took me to three different places and couldn’t figure out what was written on the sales ticket. I had to load the stuff myself, because he didn’t have a competency to do it.
