Micky D will only ever be 2 star at its best. Service, I hate that stupid mobile order robot. However 5 stars for the awesome people who are putting in the work. Atmosphere, nostalgia....maybe. Too expensive for what it is these days.

My husband went inside to order our breakfast. The lady was wiping down tables, she looked over at my husband, and walks to the register, with an attitude. No smile, no good morning. She looks at my husband and says, " What do you need"? She seemed put out. The food is delicious. You would think that if you want to keep your job, you need to be friendly.

If there were 0 stars I would put that. After waiting 30 minutes in line and 4 re-try’s later the shift leader asked us to please take our food and go. We got charged $38.97 for a kids meal, a 10 piece nugget meal( didn’t receive the drink or fries) and 2 fish filet sandwiches! Asked to speak to the manager and she said that they had fixed the order. Then when we called to see if I we could please get the missing fries and drink the lady proceeded to tell us it’s not her problem.

I stopped here to pick up a burger for our dog for her birthday…the drive through was really backed up, so I ran into the restaurant or order. I observed the manager, gray haired and glasses, yelling at a female employee-right out front at the counter. He was scolding her for a mistake. The customer that was a part of the issue was trying to tell the manager that she did not make the mistake, but rather the manager did. The customer told the manager that she called out the correct order. The manager would not take any responsibility for the mistake and continued to blame and yell at the young female employee, even with the customer standing up for her.This was awful to observe and I felt terrible for the employee.This manager is NOT professional. What a terrible example to set for his employees. McDonald’s should teach their managers to show employees respect and if there is a performance issue it should be handled privately, certainly not at the front counter in Front of customers.

As good as can be expected from a fast food restaurant. Friendly workers, and the manager went above and beyond to make it right when there was an issue with my card being double charged.( It was an honest mistake by the employee and I caused most of the confusion with my indecisiveness. Lol)
