“Went in to find a shirt, one worker was there but very adamant in helping me even when. Doing another task but very helpful when asked questions about the shirt I was buying. I give that employee a 10/10 because she was alone but was able to help out and went above and beyond even when doing other tasks.”

“Went in get a suit for my wedding. I have only owned a few suits in my life and was not sure on how it should fit for the best look. Daniel, helped me find what I was looking for and guided me with his recommendations as to making alterations. When it was all said and done, this is the best fitting suit I have ever owned. 5 stars!”

“I was shopping at the La Palmera location- I had brought five items up to an associate (Jeannie?) who was working at the AYS counter - she asked smiling if I needed some assistance, I remarked that I thought these two blouses where on sale on-line - that's why I came to your store.. her reply was ' we honor Macy's on- line prices'!! Although, it took some time out of day , she was kind enough to look the items up and I bought all my items because of her going out of her way to look them up .. I was so happy with my purchase, and while she was ringing me up she was engaging and told me about a shoe save that was going on as well.. Thank you .. Macy's Staff! Although , COVID is going on and has made things change , I was just really happy that one on one customer service still occurs at this store and it's why I will continue to shop here!!! Five hundred stars!!!”
“The ladies were very helpful. Especially the one that works up front. She helped my brother and son to get fitted for their suits and made sure they left looking their best.”
“The only reason they didn't get a 5 was because there was a pricing issue that we didn't realize while shopping. We cashed out and while driving away, my daughter realized she'd been charged more than the belt was priced. The guys in the store corrected the issue and provided us a prompt refund of the difference.”
