Horrible experience. Horrible employees. Horrible all the way around. We went in, after being advised as per the customer support person on the phone, to get a line canceled. There were no customers in the store and there were 2 employees and neither one would help me cancel my line. They looked clueless as to what I was telling them, when I was just relaying what customer support was telling me to tell them and they refused to help me. I would not recommend anyone go to this particular store at all. Honestly I would not recommend anyone to use Metro at all because the cancelation process is like pulling teeth with these ignorant employees that couldn't even TRY to help.

Deserves 0 stars. This store is the worst! We've been to two different ones trying to cancel a phone line, and they keep giving us the runaround. The store tells us to call customer service, and customer service tells us to go into the store. It's like they're playing ping-pong with us! Quote from the lady "i don't have to help you with anything"
I would have to say with this experience the whole metro by T mobile is absolutely garbage.

I would've gave 5 stars but unfortunately they work for the company that railroaded me. I went to a couple different metro stores in corpus and this was the 3rd one. I came in this store after being ignored at the south staples location and the ladies here apologized for the service I received at the south staples location and assured me that they weren't affiliated with the two stores I mentioned. I was angry initially but walked out as happy as a customer could at that point.
Best location is Baldwin...Hands Down!!!!

Absolutely awfull experience. "Sam" is complete jerk. One of the rudest people I've encountered. He was not only rude to me but another customer as well. Not helpful at all. She wanted a corpus Christi area code for her new number. By God he just couldn't grasp that concept while running a corpus Christi store. Wow. Then my turn he refuses to call the customer service number even though they sent me to his store. He would prefer to tell me he can't help me. So I guess I will find a different cell carrier that can at a better price. Hopefully with less hassle. Time to port my number. Thanks "Sam" for being a rude human being and making my decision to switch carriers that much easier. I needed to save money anyway.

I just went in today to get a hint for my home. And after a crazy experience with another dealer, I decided to come to this location, the pair that were working there were just amazing and honest. I didn't quite catch their names but it was 06/21/22 about 7ish.pm(yea I know how that sounds lol) I'm definitely going back, I have an upgrade I need to get. Thanks again you too! The device is working amazing!

The rep here (Nicole) was very helpful and genuinely understanding toward my situation, tried very hard to fix my phone and ultimately offered me a great replacement option. Nice, smiley people.. That's always a plus!
