This store and the one on port I would not recommend. I've spent $500 on port within a month and paid for a tablet with Internet and 3 days later it was shut off. This south staples store is trash. The rep tried to decide that since I was only switching my sim to another phone and only spending $30 and the other guy might get a few phones even though it was the girlfriend on the phone call and told her boyfriend no many times.....the metro rep ignored me and I sat there for basically an hour watching the metro rep tryna kiss this guyz ballz for a potential sale and didn't get either one. That's a grimey person. For any metro needs, I would suggest the Baldwin location. Those ladies are wonderful in there.

I usually have pretty good patience but the clerk was very unprofessional trying to chase the bigger sale and lost both. The customer in the store wasn't even sure if they were going to get phones. I sat there almost an hour listening to the customer tell his girl the bill wasn't gonna change once they switched and she told him no, so the rep calls the perks team to try and convince him but it was his girls call not his, so I just left the store. If there's more than one customer in a metro store with 1 employee.... you're screwed. I wouldn't suggest the port location. I paid $160 for tablet and Internet and it was shut off 3 days later.
There won't be a next time. Any metro customers...I would suggest the Baldwin location. They're very professional there and has more than one employee who can assist you and not try to figure out who's spending the most money and tend to them

Absolutely awfull experience. "Sam" is complete jerk. One of the rudest people I've encountered. He was not only rude to me but another customer as well. Not helpful at all. She wanted a corpus Christi area code for her new number. By God he just couldn't grasp that concept while running a corpus Christi store. Wow. Then my turn he refuses to call the customer service number even though they sent me to his store. He would prefer to tell me he can't help me. So I guess I will find a different cell carrier that can at a better price. Hopefully with less hassle. Time to port my number. Thanks "Sam" for being a rude human being and making my decision to switch carriers that much easier. I needed to save money anyway.

I visited Metro T-Mobile today and I was so pleased the way the salesman helped me find an amazing plan. His name is Ank and he was awesome. He was very respectful and I liked his attitude. I will most definitely refer people to him.

If you want good customer service this is the store you should come to they are willing to help you with anything you are treated very well with kindness I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Went in to speak to Johnny for help, turns out they replaced him with someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. I went in for a simple troubleshooting, the rep at the store was only trying to sell me a new device instead of trying to look at the problem. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone when Johnny wasn’t working and each time I’m never helped just being offered to buy something else. Now that he’s gone I wouldn’t recommend going to this location at all the new reps are only worried about selling not actually helping

My old phone got wet and died so I needed a replacement. Sagar at the Metro Store located in Belair Shopping Center was very helpful.

Definitely recommend!! Brandy was great help with finding a phone for my son. I love that she was patient and kind. Will definitely be coming to this location.

Stephanie is amazing! Most helpful metro we have been to in years honestly. Usually the visit to metro is a stressful one but she made is go so smooth and painless! A total win to just come here. Even if you have to travel farther I'd still recommend it ?
