Service was fast. I was in-and-out in minutes. And the sales associate preferred a better deeal that included a new phone that would accommodate my budget. Awesome. Clean environment. And friendly. Keep it up guys. I'd recommend this store to everyone.

I paid over $100 for a phone for my daughter who is in a nursing home. When i got to the nursing home, i opened it up and there was NOT a charger in it!!!!! How is shee going to use her phone without it??!!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst service I have ever ever had in all my life. This store scammed me and I have tried to get this issue resolved however they do not care to even try and help solve the problem. I spoke with the employees, the store manager and nothing has been done. I have tried reaching out to others via email and am still waiting to hear back. I don’t plan on letting this issue go unresolved because no one deserves to be scammed.

I went in on 7/30/21 at exactly 645 pm and there was a woman working very rude was outside with her bf very unprofessional l. Refused to help staying the system was down I stated I would wait but she litter all told me to go to another store to avoiding but help somone someone that went in when I was coming out the store so there was no system issues. I will be taking my buisness else where

They always help 100%of the time but FYI call customer service and say your switching companies even if your not so they can lower your monthly bill for you lol
