They hardly do stuff right when I tried canceling a plan they didn't do it then we went back after they charged us again and they couldn't do a refund even after we tried twice so service needs work

Great phone service but 1 word of advice. Pls get rid of the 24 hour limiter on phone bill payments. I've been stuck on this for exactly 24 hours and it still won't take my transaction.If you don't want to loss customers then I suggest to get rid of this

Told my grandfather who is a customer they couldn’t help him unless he bought a phone.. And to just leave…. Complaint made today through customer service!!

I've been there twice in the last three weeks for different reasons and I've had excellent service both times. The first time was to buy a new phone and add a line to my plan, and the second time was to activate a new phone that I had purchased online. Both times the staff was very helpful and I was in and out in a very short period of time. I'll be back to this store if I ever need help with MetroPCS service again.
