Brandy and Melissa were awesome! I went in with kind of a weird situation with my phone and needing another one. They offered me a GREAT solution and were super informative on how I can uncomplicate my phone situation. Also saved me $400!! I left with a way nicer phone than I originally came in for and paid less!!

Phone doesn't even work won't stay with wifi or mobile internet. Always roaming in the city. Called to have customer service help but they just hung up each time. I'm seriously considering going back with cricket

Went in for 2 new lines and was told about the moto g stylus 5g the one that just came out and was sold a while diffrent phone and at that got charged for accessories so messed up dint see what phone it was untill we got it cause of covid and the distance from the desk and it was pretty late already they were closing already Ive worked for metro before and it's messed up u want to make ur sale before closing!! And give us wrong phones.

Very upset with metro service. I paid my full bill and next day phone got shut off. Apparently i owed 15?? Okay , so im trying to figure out why i wasnt told about this 15 when i was just there to pay my bill. I had already been on the phone with the other girl for awhile before it got disconnected. I called back multiple times and no answer. So i went in person. Im asking them what the 15 is for . they say for being prorated..... I ask prorated , y? its month to month? Priscilla the MANAGER just kept saying i can get more info from calling cust. Service. she said didnt want to help bc i was being rude. Damn right. Your quick to take my money but you cant tell me what its for?? I couldnt understand why im paying for a prorated amt when im paying month to month. From my understanding when its month to month you pay for service on the 1st for the full month ahead. Luckily a gentleman walked in and explained to me in two mins y i had a 15 prorated charge. I was mind blown. A question that i asked priscilla the manager repeatedly, and got the answer of "call customer service" ...could of been as simple as the 2 minute convo me and the guy had. But she has the right to refuse service!!! so she didnt want to help her upset customer and answer my questions, it was easier for her to not help at all. What manager huh. I didnt get the guys name, but he was awesome. Priscilla on the other hand. Not so much.
