Sid was really helpful hello I would like to comment on sit at calallen at the Metro he was more than helpful to help me out with my phone and must I say you need more of him thank you said and I'll be back I'm just going to come pay my bill out here from now on thank you lo . He was very courteous he was very polite very kind he was clean and y'all need more people like that at The leopard Street store

I had a tablet added on my account by an Alex in metro callalen without my permission. I never got a tablet . So now I want to know if he has been using that tablet. I only trust a few ppl there. That always take my pmt. But Alex needs to be fired. That's not how you get a commission by pestering ppl. And then when they dont, take it upon himself to add it anyways. He's a piece of &$;%&#^%;$^ don't trust Alex. The others yes. But this guy was new. Never seen him at that location til I went that day on May 22. That was shady of him.

The store reos were ok and helpful but they suggested I get Motorola phones instead of Samsung. Big mistake as Samsung is a superior phone .I took my phones back to return them for the Samsungs I originally wanted to no avail.they would not even consider it I've been a customer for 9 years and I'm very disappointed in these Motorola phone they sold me .should have stayed with Samsung . considering switching carriers.smh

Liz and Steve have excellent customer service. They were polite and very respectful. They gave us a great deal and are super awesome. Metro PCS in Callalen, Texas is the best store to purchase a new device. Thanks to Liz N Steve

Terrible experience, I found the most uneducated, disrespectful and rude “woman” working at front counter. Seems like Metro staff doesn’t even go through a recruitment process.This “person” was unable to attend my request or even try to understand what I was saying. She got all mouthy even cursing just because I told her the way they were charging me wasn’t right.On the other hand Mary ( the other worker) was very helpful, understanding and solved the issue in a very professional way
