If your looking for a new phone, They WILL NOT have it here. They never have any phones in store. It's always the same excuse, of paying for expensive cheap phone at the highest price for plan. Even if you're already a customer for metro. If I can give advice, Either try another store or try another carrier. They suck all around.

I love going to this location because Samantha Rodriguez always know the answers to my questions. She is sweet patient and she has great customer service. We need more sweet people like her in the other locations. Thank you Samantha for always being available for all my needs. You rock!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Check your receipts and what they are doing. I switched from Verizon and explained that I had done my research with the promotion of the free iPhone 11 with port in. I spoke to Miranda on the phone who initially quoted me $265. I said ma'am what am I paying for? I'm only required to pay the $65 plan along with activation and port my number over per Metro’s terms and conditions. So if I'm getting 2 phones free plus 2 plans at $130 (I had no idea there was a promo of $95 on plans for 2 lines by the way) how much are my activation fees? After I explained that I did the math and research that I would only have to pay $130 plus 2-$25 activation fees = $180 plus tax. We agreed and I drove over. Continued on other review.
