IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Check your receipts and what they are doing. I switched from Verizon and explained that I had done my research with the promotion of the free iPhone 11 with port in. I spoke to Miranda on the phone who initially quoted me $265. I said ma'am what am I paying for? I'm only required to pay the $65 plan along with activation and port my number over per Metro’s terms and conditions. So if I'm getting 2 phones free plus 2 plans at $130 (I had no idea there was a promo of $95 on plans for 2 lines by the way) how much are my activation fees? After I explained that I did the math and research that I would only have to pay $130 plus 2-$25 activation fees = $180 plus tax. We agreed and I drove over. Continued on other review.

I've been in this store now 3 times. The customer service i get here is by far the best out of all the metro stores I've gone to. I went in this past Sunday once again and the man that helped me was knowledgeable and able to help me get exactly what I wanted . The last time i was in i had completely destroyed my screen with my tail gate and they were able to help me find a comparable device on my budget. Thank you all for actually caring about your customers. Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer of metro for some time now. For last few months, I have not been able to pay my bill over phone. I have to go in person. I'm disabled with no car. Ive told yall every month bout the problem. Nothing is fixed. So, here I am, fixing to be without a phone.If y'all wont fix this, I have no other choice but to change providers. Thanks you.... Not!

Just had my best customer service ever, at MetroPCS with Josh. Up front, down to earth guy who solved all my problems. I bought a new phone, it wasn't making calls, but could receive texts. Josh spent time on the phone with someone hard to understand to reset my service connection. Within an hour it hadn't started working, he went out of his way to text me and follow up if my service was working. He then called more customer service, got me up and running! Josh is the man and deserves some recognition!Thank you Josh!
