Me and my fiance visited the store today. We were shopping for upgrades on our phone. Josie and Dora were amazing with helping us find the best option for our needs. They both were so helpful and took care of us!!! We are very satisfied with our purchase and the quality of customer service provided?

The staff today were absolutely amazing. I went in with a simple question and they were more than helpful. Apparently, they have a new manager here and you can tell she definitely turned this place around! I would highly recommend going in, if you have any questions about your devices or are interested in purchasing a new one! They can even show you all the locations that they cover. So happy with their amazing customer service! Will definitely go back when I need an upgrade!

Very disappointed with the service I received. Needed to buy a phone and tried to return it; the employees told me that I couldn't apparently they spoke with the district manager and they couldn't exchange another phone all the way around they couldn't help me at all very inconsiderate

Amazing staff, amazing manager, they go above and beyond to help their customers. Not sure why the other review is a 1 star. He’s probably assuming this is the store next to heb. It’s not it’s the one across the street by the insurance store.
