This location is smaller than the ones I am used to. I’m new to crafting and bought the wrong items. The person who assisted with my refund was proficient. Since this is the only Micheal’s in town I will shop here again. But I might just shop online for better selection for items I need.

FYI: They don't accept credit cards. I was told that I must use debit card with pin.

I just left Michael's in Corpus Christi after a mind-boggling experience. I was ready checkout, and the 2 of the 3 self checkouts were being used and the other 1 was not working. So, I go to the cashier who was doing absolutely nothing but admiring her nails. She asked me are you using cash or card. I said, card. She says, oh use the self checkout and went back to admiring her nails.
That is the world we live in now. That is our last trip to Michael's. It was a reminder of why most of my shopping is done online.

Nice cashiers, they even offer you coupons they have or recommend you to look online.
Went today 5/17/24, and they now have self check out, nice !
