We have used them as our primary veterinarian for two years. They have a boarding side as well and the staff and atmosphere are friendly and knowledgeable. VCA Oso was our go-to but they're very expensive and staff/vets are sometimes a little "cold" feeling. I've had nothing but positive things to say about our "New" Vet!

Always super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Only complaint, and this is VERY minimal, sometimes I would get charged for having their claws trimmed and sometimes I wouldn't. I was told by a staff member that it's up to the vet tech if they want to charge you for it. ?♀️
