these people absolutely suck. they administered me a TB test (needed for work), then scheduled my follow up appointment to read the results on sunday 3/31. They then call me the day before my appointment to tell me they were cancelling my appointment because they “didn’t realize it was easter” and “would not be coming in”. i now paid for a TB test that i will not be getting results from. Now i have to pay again to get another TB test because they apparently don’t know how to read a calendar. or maybe they just don’t know their OWN hours of operation. absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional on their part.

My experience has always been great here. I’ve come for multiple vaccines. The Nurse Practitioner here is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

If you check-in, apparently you should do it twice. Checked in, followed all the instructions until the last screen, then returned to the first screen so I assumed I was done, right? I wait for about 30 minutes for the nurse to call in someone who checked in after me. Asked if I checked in, I said I did. She says I didn't check in so my appointment was cancelled. Was asked can I check-in again? Nurse said, "no, but you can set another appointment." Told her I drove 45 minutes because this was the closest clinic. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "You can try another time." Sick and discouraged, I left. How can you be so careless of someone else's time? You ask for the patient to arrive early for these matters and then we you try and oblige, this is the treatment you get? As if you don't matter? Never going to MinuteClinic again.

I wish I had a good experience with this company unfortunately simply trying to call the clinic was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Your phone tree system hung up on me six times. Even when I somehow got through the system and asked to speak to a representative it hung up on me two more times. I simply needed information regarding school shots for my son. On the ninth time of calling your phone number the system said I either had to walk in to make an appointment or go to the website, seems Like that could’ve been good information to have at the beginning of the phone call instead of after trying to get a hold of someone nine times.

Terrible service, my sick college student visited twice, first time was given steroid and flonase, i could have told you from 7 hours away he had a sinus infection. Remains sick through finals, finally attempts to go back today because sinuses/ gums are swollen and coughing incessantly. Waits for 3 hours only to be told NP is going on 90 minute lunch. RIDICULOUS!!

Received fast and Friendly care! I would come back for sure. Specially for someone who doesn't have insurance. They had no problem taking care of me and pricing is more reasonable than a emergancy room.

Courtney Phenix is a terrible doctor, she sent my boyfriend home with no medication and was very rude and told him to stop smoking weed because she smelled it on him when it had nothing to do with his illness. He had been coughing severely and congested and stopped up for a week and she told him to TAKE ZYRTEC. obviously not allergies. she is very unprofessional and not only that but she CHARGED HIM $150 just to tell him to take an over the counter allergy medicine. It’s a week later and he is still sick. If he wanted to be told not to smoke weed he would have visited his mom for free. I will never return here and advise no one else to either, wether you smoke marijuana or not.
