I loved my experience here. They are very welcoming and sweet. I got a pedicure today. The pumpkin spice pedicure is seasonal so it's available during fall. Month of August through November. The lady that helped is Diana if anyone would love to get pedicures by her. The prices are very good too!. Will be coming back for a manicure for halloween soon.

Today I went to MTV SALON to let them know how unhappy I was with my gel color manicure. I was met by a young man who became rude after he heard my concerns. He left me talking as he rushed away. Then the girl who did my nails, Liz came over telling me it was the color I had selected but it was not. I chose a pink color. She claimed it's pink. I was running late I did not have time to argue. But, today she was rude while doing my nails she sanded the polish off with a nail file without rising the dust off re appling the pink color. Several times she hurt my skin as in anger. When finish she stood up TELLING me to TO get out never to come back to her store.
I have been going to MTV since they opened. But, This people are rude if you question their service they attack. They speak no English sometimes it's hard to communicate with them.
If in business they should know how to treat customers if they have a problem with their services. After all we the customer pay for their employment

Katie did my nails and she was amazing! She took her time perfecting them to the shape I wanted and always made sure to confirm with me that I was liking the way my nails were coming out! Will definitely be coming back to her!
