Nails were not clipped on first visit. Hair was cut very short in and around ears and face. I gave very clear instruction Second visit one side of whiskersWe're cut shorter than other side. Overall I was not happy with the lack of attention to detail

I love this place. I take my lab mix here because she's a little much for a groomer. She doesn't behave but I can bath her and give her the full treatment at the self wash.
