“Went to buy tropical fish. The lady at the tank was very helpful and got what I wanted. Prices are reasonable, but rewards program is hard to figure out. The checkout process is where major improvements could be made, as it is slow and onerous. It is best to have some extra time to spend there to be able to jump through the hoops. The store is fine, but the customer experience could be streamlined.”
“Took my pup to Petco today for a bath and hair cut. Usually take her to PetSmart but they have worn thin with me over their lack of customer service. Groomer Candy is a delight to speak with. She looked me pup over, asked exactly how I wanted her groomed. About 2 hours Candy notified me my pup was ready. My pup never looked better. I'm so happy I decided to switch to Petco and Candy. If you have a pup in need of grooming I highly recommend Petco.”
“I take my Pomsky (Pomeranian Husky) Maya to Mckenzi one of the many amazing groomers and she always does an amazing job! I always have Mckenzi brush her teeth, deshed ,and trim her nails/hair. Definitely recommend Mckenzi for all your grooming needs!”

“They did an amazing job on my Schnoodle. She was adorable once I picked her up. They do get busy, and from what I saw, there was only one person in the front. She tried taking care of the phone and the customers in person. I dropped her off, they did their thing, and I picked her up. Very straight forward process. I will be taking her back again.”

“Cute little shop! Went there for the self-service dog wash. We washed three fluff monsters! Super handy to have the high velocity dryers, though I do wish they had more brushes and such available. Also other types of shampoos and such. Next time I will probably bring my own shampoo because my dogs have specific needs for their skin and coats sometimes!”
