Worst company ever. Just try calling them. Make sure you have at least two hours to waste. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I used them for my new house and now I am switching to someone else.

We refinanced our home loan with NavyArmy and I cannot say enough great things! We worked with Artie who was very knowledgable and answered all our of questions. He walked us through each step and was on top of everything so we could close by our target date. If you are looking for a home loan I highly suggest NavyArmy.

Navy Army CCU is a monumental failure in every facet of their profession. Their debit card regularly gets denied. The funds transfer service on the app and website are routinely down. You could have all the money in the world. Funds transfer to another member? Service down. Funds transfer to a different bank? Service down. Restaurant? Denied. Gas station? Denied. Their own ATM? Won't work. Your money would be more useful sitting on the bottom of the Atlantic ocean and that's a fact. The higher echelons of this institution clearly lack the basic ability to identify and correct issues as they arise. Not my problem, not anymore. This is the last time I can't use MY money due to Navy Army CCU's negligence and inadequacies. I wouldn't trust them with a piggy bank. Run away from NACCU, don't walk. They are a point of failure in your future that you don't need.

This place is a complete joke. It's run by a bunch of uneducated amateurs and their customer service is pretty much the worst I've ever encountered. Take your business else where. I wouldn't trust them to clean my toilet let alone handle my money.

Terrible service. Incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor and join another bank. I had an account there for about 6 months, in which I was gone for 5 months. I tried to use my atm card and no luck. I went into the branch and asked why, the lady had no answer so I told her to get the manager who had an attitude also. I told the ladies I was closing my account and the tried to give me an excuse of they can't give me more than $10k in a day. I told them BS and explained to them the law that they are suppose to follow. I withdrew my money and have never looked back. Having an account with them shows lack of intelligence because they will give an account to anybody with $1 to their name.
