This is the worst bank. They don't protect your bank acct from being scammed. Hacked. They do nothing but make you pay for it. No protection at all. So hot recommend this bank unless you want to set yourself up to get scammed.

I love Navy Army bank. I've been with them since I purchased my first vehicle in 2019 and have recently purchased my newer vehicle through them again at the end of 2023. Great service, very friendly and always helpful. I've never had any issues with this bank and has been the best experience I've had with any bank. Love them!

This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Their. customer service is horrible and it takes an act of Congress to get anything done. Their online banking is horrible.

I sometimes had to drive to several Rallys to deposit money in my account after hours. This one on Airline is always the sure thing to do this. This Rally is small compared to other Rallys but the customer service people are friendly.

We became member here after the financed one of our car loans in 2015. Since we have done a refinance with them and got a great rate. If you are looking to refinance your mortgage loan i highly recommend giving Alice Bustos a call at the Mission, TX branch. Super helpful and great customer service.

They should have never changed the name!!!! Slow service, rude tellers never this bad when it was Navy Army. They are not a community business at all anymore

The credit union is degrading in customer service and efficiency. ATM machines replace tellers and breakdown or out of service. There are long lines and poorly trained tellers. It doesn't appear that supervisors jump in to assist. It's terrible. After 100s of thousands of dollars in commercial loans and other things, more than 20 years. I am gradually removing my products away from this organization. It's simply a result of too much growth and forgetting their original goals and customers. Terrible!!!!I think I'm a pretty credible person just Google me.. Im an MBA, if I were you, looking at the bar chart above, I would believe the bottom more than the top. lts very sad to see this instution poorly managed. This is very evident by the other reviews or just listening to my neighbors across the street. So sad.

This bank has lost my $1200 refund check from auto nation twice now. Terrible and no one to speak to to get things figured out.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, so I went into Rally to check their loan rates. Vanessa Villarreal was the loan officer that ended up helping me. I've never dealt with a loan officer that went so above and beyond their job duties to help me achieve my goal. Vanessa helped me get the best rate possible. She worked diligently with the car dealership to ensure that I got into my new vehicle when I wanted to and clearly explained everything about the loan process, Gap and Warranty to fit my budget. In my experience 5 stars is simply not enough. Vanessa and Rally Credit Union truly made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

Always a pleasant experience when I have to go inside. The drive-through ATM machines are really useful if you have multiple accounts to do transactions with.

The atm took $900 and didnt deposit the money or give it back to me just said technical problems. These atm machine are terrible and this is the last straw. Cant wait to withdraw all my money and move banks. Not to me tion being late to work trying to get my money back, absolutely ridiculous.

This bank makes it SO HARD to complete a simple tasks over the phone. I swear it takes ALL DAY for me to do something as simple as verify information. I've been with Rally/Navy Army Credit Union for years and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I was overly angry when I wrote the last review. After calming down, I thought about the fact that this institution and especially this branch has been an enormous help to me over the years. Someone above these folks had the idea to try to sell a medical alert system off the help line. I still think that is a bad idea, but I won't let that one thing offset many years of fine service. Anyone would be making a wise choice to pick Rally for their financial banking.

I was with Navy Army Federal Credit Union, Navy Army Community Credit Union and now Rally Credit Union for 14 years. I moved to Austin 7 years ago and kept this credit Union, using shared banking. Recently, the chip in my debit card stopped working.I have attempted to call Rally , 3 times to get a new card and they are impossible to reach by phone. I even tried leaving my name and number for a call back and no one called me back.I am done with Rally and moving to a local credit Union , that at least answers the phone for their customers.
