I used to like this bank when it used to be Navy Army. After it “rebranded” into Rally the policies have changed including charging a fee for transferring your OWN money? That’s absolutely insane! Because of this I’m closing my account which has proven itself extremely difficult! The website is faulty and the links are broken. Customer service is also a complete joke since no one knows anything!

Went to an atm at spohn drive thru and tried to do a simple withdrawal and it stated I selected an incorrect transaction. Got my card out and went to another atm and it kept loading for 2 minutes until it said sorry atm out of service and now my card is stuck. Now I have to leave it in there and go home, go to bed with the worry of someone having access to my card if my card magically pops out. I swear nothing at this CU is ever easy. It's the absolute worse. Only reason I bank here is because I have a mortgage with them and Im truly considering refinancing with Rbfcu with a higher interest rate just to get out!I can't even Zelle my money to Rbfcu (primary bank) because there's ALWAYS an issue on rally's side!!!!Do not bank here!

I had a issue with my account and Gabriel Garcia made sure it got taken care of. Many phone calls were made to get to the bottom of the issue and they got it figured out in a timely manner!! Definitely will be coming back to him for all my banking needs..

Look for Gabriel Garcia, Member Service Representative II, when you need a professional banking experience at Rally Credit Union/Kostoryz Rd. The situation was a bit perplexing, but not for Gabriel. He was kind, professional, and sought-out solutions for the many questions at hand. The personal attention and understanding were of value and he never gave up until all my questions were clearly answered and explained. It is not too hard to describe as he went over and beyond with his dedication and problem solving skills to arrive at the solution that was needed both for the customer as well as the banking institute.His ability to relate to the customer is a key difference for retaining and attracting customers. He has made a friend for life.

This location is great no complaints whatsoever! My complaint is with the over the phone help line. It is very time consuming to get connected with someone. They should resort back to the previous system of just hitting “0” ZERO and getting connected to someone! I understand I am not the only caller, and also “higher call volume” but it just isn’t worth the time to enter you info and then just be redirected elsewhere or if you happen to drop a call and start all over!
