I used to like this bank when it was Navy Army. After it “rebranded” into Rally the policies have changed including charging a fee for transferring your OWN money? That’s absolutely insane! Because of this I’m closing my account which has proven itself extremely difficult! The website is faulty and the links are broken. Customer service is also a complete joke since no one knows anything!

Please take your money elsewhere trust me you do not want to deposit here, quite a few of there policies have changed since they have transitioned to Rally from NavyArmy and they do not do a good job of informing you of their charges/fees when transferring your OWN money, and now that I’m ready to close my account they offered to waive the fees as a “courtesy”. Once I insisted I’ll be taking my business elsewhere they refused to help me and just kept telling me to refer to the website for more information.

No personal service here - drive thru lanes are merely glorified ATM’s - no human being - and all terminals are OUT OF CASH - the entire banking location is OUT OF CASH - changing to a real bank!

I seriously thought about opening an account or acquiring a credit card with this entity, but upon reading the horrible experiences of its users, which I am grateful for having shared, I think that it is definitely a bad idea to have any type of connection with such financial entities.

I have been with this credit union for 20+ years. The last couple of years have been totally different from any previous. Our debit cards are continuously compromised by fraud. OUR card is continuously put on hold for suspicious activity when WE attempt to make online purchases. YET other online purchases that are NOT OURS go right through. We get no answers as to or how this is happening. The interest rate quoted to us on our last car loan was laughable. We ended up financing at the dealership through the Navy Army Credit Union at 4% lower than quoted by a credit union who receives automatic payroll deposits, bonuses, etc. for 20+ years. My auto loans have always been paid off early. I continuously have to call the credit union to request an increase in MY spending limit. They seem to have the idea that MY money is theirs to dole out in increments. Forget buying large ticket items for cash... the credit union must give you permission to use your money. The overall friendliness and welcome you receive varies from branch to branch. You will leave one location feeling guilty for imposing on them with your questions. You will question why you didn't just close your account and move to another Texas based bank. These folks aren't who they used to be. I am at the end of my rope with this situation.

This is the 3rd day that the drive thru teller machine doesn’t work. I have cash and go through the drive thru thinking it’s open and now I’ll probably have to pay a $30 overdraft/send back fee.

Stopped by the Spohn Rally Branch this morning. I wanted to cash a small refund check and remove $500 from my checking account. It took the young lady teller forever to cash the check then another forever to remove the $500 from checking. Actually I didn't wait for the $500 as my patience had collapsed. I told her I would just use the drive thru. May have been a foolish move as I had already signed for the money I didn't get. She also spoke so low I was unable to hear her which didn't improve my mood. I seldom come inside but when I did at Navy Army Community Credit Union the service was pleasant and rapid. There is a noticeable difference with Rally. Maybe they have gotten too large, maybe it is time to move on.

Second time in a month had problems with your online, would not allow me to login, call helpline got terrible service from someone who identified themselves as Brad, before checking if there was a problem with the system, he played 20 questions with me, wanting my social security number, and my login id, and then asking error I was getting, no error just not sending confirmation.

Not too long a wait inside. I went on my lunch hour. Driving there, waiting, my transaction and the drive back took about 30 to 35 minutes.(The teller who assisted me was very sweet, polite and helpful!) BUT my friend was waiting for me at the drive-thru window, and her transaction took A LOT longer.

So so sick of their website it never works. I have been with Navy Army since 2007. And I think it’s time for me to move on . I’m getting more and more frustrated everyday . My daughter and my son both have Navy Army as well . And it’s been the same troubles for them . We all may be leaving !

I NEVER leave reviews EVER. I’ve been apart of Navy Army for almost 5 years, I moved away to college thinking I would be able to trust Navy Army and be able to call their “ 1-800 “ number if I ever had any troubles with my account/ card. Every time I’ve ever spoke to someone on the phone they’ll transfer me over to 20 people and none can help. I’m constantly having chip problems and having to get a new card and when they say it’s “ activated “ turns out it never is and I have to go keep going back, keep in mind I’m not down the street, I’m 3 hours away at college, with a non working card because I put all my trust into Navy Army. Will not be using Navy Army anymore.
