I heard this store closed permanently and any books we rented from them they have to take the loss. Is this true? Does anyone know anything going on with it?

They definitely have better prices on books, then the bookstore inside Del Mar campus.

If you could give a -5 star I would! Four semesters now I have gone to Neebo and every time, there has been nothing but rude customer service as if its too much for them to help you. This store needs a lesson in customer service!

Avoid renting from this site at all costs. I rented two books and bought a third and they asked me to pay 15 dollars a piece for each book. I was okay with this at first assuming they came from different places. When I received the package it all came in one padded envelope from the same place. I called and emailed to ask for some money back because 45 dollars for one package is way to much. My family runs a publishing company and we ship a lot of our textbooks from our house and we charge $12 ground shipping max. They would not refund me any money and explained it was because they "could have" been shipped from different fulfillment facilities even though they were not. Rude, I will never rent from them again and that is terrible customer service. I am now renting from bookrenter.com and they are great!!!!!

I purchased a book for my son (Media Impact). My son told me he hadn't received the book after two weeks. I went on line to check the status and it showed processing on my order. I called and spoke to customer service...was put on hold 3 different times to check the status on this order and at the end they didn't even have the book in stock. There prices are good but what good does that do if they don't have it together. They could have at least send me a email stating their company didn't have the book in stock. I was very upset. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
