Lai honestly does a perfect job every time. From facials, to microblading, eyebrow wax/shape/tinting, machine nano-hair strokes, and eyelash extensions. I’ve had them all done by her and I love the results every time. She’s a perfectionist and it definitely shows in her work

Nirvana Beauty Lounge is an awesome place to get lash lift and tint they do lots of other facial work as well. Staff is awesome all of em are wonderful and do great work.

The main lady is extremely rude. She is a liar and a manipulator. I feel bad for her clients because they're giving away money to a very horrible person. I got a lash lift and tint. The lady doing my lashes asked if I wanted a classic or dramatic lift. I chose a dramatic lift, because I've been getting lash lifts for years and I've noticed that the dramatic lifts last longer on me. When I saw the results, I was confused because you can barely see my lashes. How is that even possible?, The lady had to take a second look too to see where my lashes were. I left completely unsatisfied thinking it was probably the lighting. Two days later I asked for a possible redo and she said that I could come in for an assessment the next day. Once there, multiple times I was told no. no. no.
The main lady was making up words and lies and each time a different excuse on why she doesn't recommend the redo. She made up that I used a serum before, (never have I ever), that my lashes aren't long enough, (this was only mentioned after I told them I saw no results... this could have all been avoided if she would have told me this before the service was performed. Her staff had told me that my lashes were long). She told me they do not recommended redoing them because they have just been processed (well then please let me know of this before I waste my time driving to your place). I asked for dramatic lift/curl and was given none, she said next time make sure you mention you want a "bent" look.?? I left sad and disappointed.
I texted her and asked for a partial refund since I do not see results for what I paid for. She then proceeded to tell me that I have financial problems and manipulates me into "understanding" by telling me no one ever chooses that look. She tells me to come back again for a redo this time. How do you expect me to go back for the third time now after being told all of the above??? I never do these types of reviews. I'm writing to help others avoid this kind of experience. There so much better customer service and results elsewhere, do not recommend this place.

This is the first time coming to a place like this. Its so peaceful and the ladies there were amazing. What's awesome about it is that they are open on Saturdays till 6 p.m. I believe which works with my work schedule. I was well informed of the process of getting the Deep Cleansing Facial and the Lash Lift. I already made my second appointment, cant wait!

Everything about this place is so nice, the environment is relaxing and Kaylee is the sweetest. I had a lash lift and brow wax and it came out perfectly, will be coming back again.

This place is ridiculous and I told the women doing my lashes I could only stay an hour and she charged me for a whole set. That’s ridiculous and stealing. And at no point before finishing the hour did she say I still hv to pay $275 for a 1 hr fill. This place is over priced and ridiculous. I would recommend going anywhere else. My lashes were mediocre too.

Lai is an amazing artist, highly skilled and patient. I love how my permanent Lash Line came out and my makeup routine is so much more simple now. Highly recommend Nirvana Beauty for all your beauty needs!
