Very shadyThey sold my son and I a car at this dealership well my son actually, I was only supposed to be the cosigner, but for some reason they switched the paperwork to my son as the cosigner, and me as the main buyer and still a 18%interest??? My credit score of well over 800 and I'm at a 18%interestThey also over priced the car by almost $10,000 and now he can't even trade the vehicle in without taking a $7000 loss what is going on. So I called the dealership and the bank talked to Alex in finance he claimed he was the acting manager, he also laughed at me twice. When I finally spoke to a manager they promised to help me get all this situated. Well 5 months in and not even a call. I called back to Alex who laughet at me again so I will not speak with him then I asked to cancel the extender warranty so I can get 2000 back however 2 months later no refund yet. Spoke to santander Bank also a dead end.. call dealership talk to Eric who was very impatiens but did advise me all the people that worked this deal are no longer at Honda north in corpus Christi. If that isn't wierd enough I get an email from Gloria advising me that the warranty would be credited by the 20th of September is now the 26th and nothing.. at this point I will be contacting the BBB and the Texas attorney General and corporate honda regarding the shady sales tacticsPs don't be fooled with dealer add ons for paint protection no legit car sales company does s bunch add ons to the price that Cannot be canceled and no one in Arizona ever knows what thier system is or how it gets put on my car..it is a whole debacle so make sure you price cars everywhere else before making purchase at this shady honda then go to any other honda dealer in Texas cause this one is very shady They did advise me they had to let go of everyone that was part of this deal, which tells me they should be working to correct this mistake.. instead they lie to me, laugh at me, and make me feel like a bad person, even though i own 3 hondas and never had these problems with any Arizona Honda dealers.

Took my daughter’s car for HVAC replacement. They researched to find the best unit at best price. Great customer service when you enter the service center. Friendly and welcoming along with great work. Service manager, mechanics and the cashier all very professional. Will definitely return. Worth the drive.

I took my car for an engine and transmission oil change and it turns out that they screwed up my transmission, starting with a blink, I return it and 1st they did not program the computer with the new oil. I take it back and in the 2 years that I have it it has never failed me and since they touched it it was never the same. very disappointed. looking to fix it by my means. They tried to convince me that the transmission was bad from before I bought it. never failed me a complete disappointment

Had to have some work done and an oil change. They communicated what the issue was and then when the parts would be in. Then said it would take one day to fix. Called and let me know. Then walk through everything and what it cost.

While visiting Corpus Christi from Oklahoma City, my Civic developed an air conditioning problem. I called the dealership the day before, so when we arrived, the service advisor, Corey, got us right in. The technician, Jason, began troubleshooting and repairs. Even with Jason staying late, they had to keep my car overnight. They put us in a loaner car for free, which allowed us to begin our vacation.I'm grateful for the team effort displayed by North Corpus Christi Honda!
