Had to ship off my order, the cost was more than I expected, and there was only 1 person in the copy/print area, so the wait was long. But I was able to everything I needed done in 1 trip.

I wish I could give zero stars. This store is absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere, layers of dust on items and shelves, and the floors are covered in dirt and scraps like they never sweep or mop. My print order was sent over from the other location and upon pickup my prints were completely off center from what I ordered online. They tried to blame it on me, but after showing them that it was the way they were cut, they were so rude and barely said two words to me. As someone who orders prints often, this was so ridiculous. Clearly they don't check or fix orders like they should. So much paper wasted on carelessness. If I owned this store, i'd be so upset by the careless waste of paper AND products I witnessed from not just my order, but others as well. Not to mention they charged me twice after complicating things by forcing me to "pay again and then i'll get the refund". Never again will I get ANYTHING here. You'd have to pay me to even step foot in this location.

My first time here, I asked the man at the printing desk if he could help me print out photos and he was hesitant to help... not sure why... maybe he didn't wanna do his job I'm not too sure but he gave in and helped me. Not so much friendly and was awkward but finally the job was done. Thank you.

I did the whole text to get stuff copied. They told me I had a minute wait left. 35 min went by and then they decided to see me, after I had already gone to the self serve and printed everything myself. The workers just stood there and I asked them twice about whether they were ready and they said it'll be just a minute and then they assisted 4 other jobs before mine even though I was standing right there. 1 minute doesn't mean an hour!!! Come on Office depot!!!
