Rachel was amazing help! She took the time to help with printing and was very patience and friendly!! She went above and beyond and definitely needs to be recognized!! Very very happy with our experience!!

I would never recommend doing a print job here.
I placed an online order and they called me to confirm the paper type. I got home from picking up the order to discover that 2 of the 3 calendars were printed on the wrong paper. I called the store, gave the order number, and asked if I could pick it up the next day since I live 30 minutes away. The employee said I should come that day because the manager was there to take care of it. I put my baby in the car, drove all the way there, waited in line, and spoke with the unhelpful print manager. She wrote the order number on a post-it and said she would have them redo it and I could pick it up the next day. I explained that I just drove all that way because I was told it was best to handle it today while she was there, but she said their line was too long. I had just waited in said line to be "helped." I gave the order number over the phone, so this extra trip was an entire waste of my time. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes to print my order. I even offered to stay in the area and come back in 30 minutes. Instead, she offered me a refund since I didn't want to come back the next day. In the end, I needed the calendars for Christmas gifts so I reluctantly agreed to come back.
On top of all of this inconvenience, I guess I was mistakenly given a plastic cover. She informed me she would be taking them off because they aren't supposed to be included in what I ordered. I liked them and had already taken them home, so I asked if I could keep them. She said she would be charging me $1.50 per project to keep them. So not only did I have to do an extra 2 hours of driving to finally get my calendars done correctly, but I ended up paying more. She even charged me for the cover on the correctly done calendar that I only brought in to show what paper the other 2 should have been printed on.

This place is DISGUSTING!!!
floors are filled with gum, dirty dirty dirty, very little to nobody working here so took forever!!! Will not be ever returning to this location.

The woman that helped me was very sweet and had great service.
However, I put an order in online and was given an estimate of 20min-1hr. I didn't get a notification so I eventually just came into the store. 3 hours after I placed the order they hadn't even started it. The woman printed my 10 prints in front of me and it took less than a minute so it could have been done hours ago. They also did not have the right envelopes that I had paid for in stock at all. The place was also very dirty compared to every other office Depot I've been to

The young men that helped us were so kind. My husband was injured so we couldn't assemble the office chair we bought that he needed for the next morning. They not only assembled it but had it ready in less than 30 minutes. When we tried rio to them, one young man asked if it could be donated to Metro Elementary. Kindness is what this store specializes in.

Great neighborhood perk. Please clean up your store. Remove gum from floor. Dust. Clean restrooms. The employees are excellent. They are friendly and they do an outstanding job on your print services. Last experience I had with technology here was very good. I am happy that this store is available to me so close to me.

Rachel in the Print Shop is amazing!! She always goes out of her way to help me with my orders!! All of my orders have been completed quickly and they always turn out beautiful!!
I drive from Kingsville for my print needs and my office supplies. Everyone in the store is very helpful and friendly!!!

Happy With My Office Depot. All employees were very kind and helpful, the store was neat and organized, it made everything I needed easy to find. They have lots of great deals also.
