“I would like to publicly thank Rachel at this Office Depot location. It was near to closing time, just a few minutes before and myself and another customer needed assistance. Rachel showed that her priority was helping us both us both find answers to our questions and kept at it even though it was just about closing time. She seriously was working as though she had a stake in the store's ownership. I find it so refreshing to find a store employee who is so dedicated to helping customers. Office Depot top management, if you see this review I hope you'll seriously consider how fortunate you are to have someone like this lady in your employ. She may be the store manager. That would be my guess. But if not, maybe she should be. So thank you, Rachel, for helping me locate the product that I needed, even though I showed up a few minutes before closing time. By the way, the other customer she helped showed up at the same time I did.”
