Rooms very outdated. I had to clean hair out of the bathtub drain to allow the water to go down drain while showering.
Balconies but no chairs on them to enjoy. Pool was under maintenance so did not get chance to swim.
Service was good from employees.

If you are expecting the high standard of an Omni this place would disappoint. We had high hopes for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room was outdated. We were informed the pool and hot tub would be out of commission for our weekend stay. The hotel was full of dogs. Mind you I love dogs. I was not expecting as many in one hotel. Our floor had a number of rooms with dogs that barked for a good part of the night. The traffic noise outside also was disturbing our sleep. It's not worth the price. And to wrap up our last night, there was a shooting at a convenience store 2 blocks from the hotel our last night.
Would not recommend this hotel for your stay. There are nicer ones you may want to consider instead.

Honestly criminal to not have free wi-fi for the price of rooms and hosting conferences. I would have signed up for the select guest but the website was not working. I would rather serve time in prison than have to speak to human to get internet. Very very mid hotel. If work hadn't covered the bill I would never have stayed.

Been to plenty of Omnis and Corpus location was a let down. Rooms were not to our expectations, ac must not been working, it was so hot. Pretty upset about that so we canceled a day early.

NAACP State Convention, live in CC, no traveling nor rooms. It was a grand event.

Disappointed in the stay. Doesn’t stay true to the Omni name. The rooms are dirty and old and the parking garage was problematic at times

We stayed mid September for my daughter's birthday. The staff were friendly (and very helpful when my daughter slipped and hut her head in the pool area). The view was spectacular especially from our corner sweet with bay view and two balconies. The pool was very enjoyable and the room was very clean. Now for the bad, the room was dated, there was terrible road noise especially street racing all night ( obviously out of their control) and having to pay an additional fee for parking as a guest is not cool. The worst part is that I have not received the release of my security deposit yet and I keep getting the same auto generated email response when messaging the customer service department in regards to when I will get it. The star rating would have been 3.5 to 4.5 stars if I was not dealing with the issue of getting the run around about my deposit.

Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows and the hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Give them a try.

Rooms: There are doors in rooms that connect to rooms for big gatherings to stay together but separated
Safety: Big safe windows
Food and drinks: Restaurant is spectacular!!!
Noteworthy details: Restaurant meal was delightful!!!
