I have recently started going as I am very early in my pregnancy. The ladies there are always working diligently and super polite. It is very easy to see that they have A LOT of workload in front of them. Honestly an overwhelming amount and yet they still have greeted me with a smile and warmth whether I’m walking in or I am next in line. I feel they are all doing their best and I am excited to continue to come in throughout my pregnancy and shop here.

The customer service I received is utterly atrocious. I have never felt that disrespected and made to feel less than as I had in this establishment. I drove almost an hour there to pick up a tote of donations that was dropped off the day prior (told it wouldn’t be ready till Tuesday or Wednesday) for a friend who couldn’t meet the extreme deadline of when they had to pick up items by. When I walked in there was about 4 workers behind the counter one with a sucker in her mouth point and said go to the booth. I said say again as I did not understand stand what she was saying or referring where to go she again said what sounding like go to the booth or go to the blue still unsure of what she was talking about so I walked around the corner thinking that there is a pick up booth. When I came back I said I’m sorry where did you say go to and they started to giggle and that’s when the girl I was in front of who had been there the whole time said you can come to me. I then had to repeat myself 3 times on why I was there and the name of my friend I was picking up for. No one was welcoming and everyone was just rude and condescending.
I have also seen how they are vary picky on what they buy. Part of the reason I think they were so rude is because we had an entire 62QT storage tub full of freshly washed baby clothes they refused saying they were not freshly washed. They called my friend at 230pm saying she needs to pick it up by 6 that day or they will be disposed of …. She lives an hour away from this location. Thats unreasonable expectation of how to get something when they only have 3 1/2 hours to get something when they live an hour away. Sounds like they wanted the clothes but didn’t wanna pay only wanted it for profit !

I shop here pretty often and always have a great experience! The girls are welcoming and very helpful. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other locations. I will definitely continue shopping here.

I shopped here for over 6 years no one ever said hello when I walked in the door. I go in with my daughter and her Dad (My Husband) and everyone says hello! Wow! No words! We never went back!

I enjoy this store! Everything is organized and easy to find . The workers were all nice and helpful , Megan took her time to ask how my shopping was going and she was very sweet. Will definitely be returning as my baby grows .

Clothes were nice but the employee Megan who worked there was horrible, she was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon

It feels like the reviews of this store only have to do with SELLING clothes, so I decided I'd write an extensive review of the SHOPPING experience. This was my first time visiting any Once Upon a Child store, and overall I enjoyed it.
1st photo in the review is my haul which totaled $71 for 21 items of baby clothes 0-12M. So an average of around $3.50 per item. Baby sleeveless onesies were all $1.50. That was the only consistently priced category. Strangely, there were items with large stains on the front priced at $5.50 as well as items from shein priced at $4.50. And on the flip side, a Disney brand onesie in perfect condition for only $3.50. Pretty confusing how they determine prices.
I spent over 2 hours in the store and still hadn't finished looking at all the 0-12M clothing, so they have an enormous selection. The music in the store is extremely annoying, it felt like they had made a playlist of the most aggravating and horrid music possible and then blasted it at full volume.
The store was in disarray, which I was pretty shocked to see. It looked like a hoarder house. Overflowing totes were stacked precariously on top of each other in rows through the entire back wall of the store. Thankfully though, the isles themselves were unobstructed and walkable. There were also a small selection of childrens books, which were priced between $0.50 and $6 ish.
Employees were not very friendly, but not unfriendly either.
Overall I'd probably come again!

Took my time washing and folding all the clothes we planned on selling. Walked in with a tote and left.
The lady that was checking clothes today was very rude. And now reading these reviews must be the same lady.
Better off selling on FB marketplace.

Sales person would not take good branded clothes & shoes because she claimed clothes smelled like “food” all clothes were folded & washed. Which I come here very often and have never had this problem. Very disappointed with our service today.

Great store. Employees are always helpful and greet.i never have or had a negative experience there. Great selection for shopping . Selling clothes to get cash back as well is worth it. Just remember wash clothes before taking them in.
