usually great, but the last 2 times I've had issues . the first was they told me a part I needed was not in stock when it was and was even marked on their website. and today I went in and asked for a bulb. when I got home it was not meant for my vechile and since it's open they wouldn't refund me. that was $20 down the drain

Answering phone during this evening of the Tuesday @510pm, lacks knowledge on the productivity with finding information in accordance to the minimum discretion provided over the phone line by a client in my case today. I called with year 2011/Ford 150/ for price on 6 wire and spark plugs. Two phone calls he still get from my tile the facts the asked more questions. Mind blowing it’s only a price range. He was laid back, as if bothered by my lack of engine power. I mean it’s a 150?? Expecting that he’d narrow it down. Nevertheless, extremely frustrating. Never resolved, next time he could have given the price of the most common. There’s only 4 horsepower engines on the simplest 5400ton weight at Ford 150??? Guess his lacking knowledge.

Great customer service O'Reilly!!Left my house and 2 blocks onto my drive, I found out my turning signal was out. Stopped at this " Amayzing chain store" at Crosstown and Horne where they advertise they are top notch. Well, I bought the replacement lamp ( pictured ) and was told to head all the way to Horne st. and Port location because the manager was too busy to install the lamp. So, unwillingly, I make the drive there to encounter another " don't bother me, is hot outside " employee that proceeded to say " uuuy it will be a while, why don't you come back around 3 pm?. NO !! I won't. Actually, I'm NEVER coming back!!Thanks for nothing!!
