The time you give customer to pick up their online order is not enough time. Make it bare minimum 7 days customer has to pick up online order.

Absolutely not. I’ve been told this is the only pandora store in town. So they take advantage of buyers. You have their attention when you’re purchasing an item but then don’t care about returning customers who need assistance. I’ve purchased several things but realized only then do I seem to get their attention. Every now and then I asked to clean my jewelry here. I’ve been told varied excuses. “No sorry not during the weekend. Come back Monday through Friday”So I came back Christmas break because it’s the only time I don’t work during the week and can meet their hours of operation. I was told “no sorry we don’t do cleanings during holiday shopping.”So I waited a month to go on my free day and was told “we’re just too busy right now.” It’s been 4months and I tried again. Attendant said “oh no sorry we don’t do them on Fridays.” I recanted my story and tried to understand. She said “yea no it depends on the person that’s working and we’re just so busy.” I looked around. There were 2 employees and 2 customers. Lazy, prejudice, and deceiving employees. I regret my purchases and glad I haven’t bought anything else since these experiences have occurred. Definitely boycotting them. Hope their store closes soon so we can get a proper shop in their space.

From the time we walked In we were greeted with beautiful bright display cases. The store was adequately lit and the customer services was top notch. We loved working with Amanda she is truly a gem. She really helped us make a sound decision that we were happy with. Amanda was very knowledgeable and made us feel important, like we mattered. Overall very happy!

Store and products are beautiful but the staff, ESPECIALLY the manager, are rude and not helpful to anyone who don't "look" like they belong there. Went today after already calling and speaking with someone on the phone about a warranty fix or exchange and told they would do an exchange if the item could not be fixed. And then we were lied to by the staff, as instructed to by the manager, that they don't do warranty exchanges. The manager literally told the sales associate to tell us that just a couple feet away from us like we couldn't hear her or see her giving us a disgusted look and proceeded to roll her eyes when she noticed we saw her dismissing us. Really wish we had a more professional store in the area or at least some staff/managers that understand real customer service.

I'm gonna give it 3 stars only because the lady who helped us with purchase was so patient and really helpful. I wasn't sure which bracelet I wanted gold or silver , and she was showing me all of them, but size on pink gold bracelet more suitable . When it came time to pay, I paid half with cash and half with a card. When I asked the lady to give me a box for a bracelet, she said they ran out of it and she offered just a little paper bag.

I went there today 12/23/23 and granted when I walked it, it wasn't busy that they couldn't see the order of the people that came in. I came in knowing what I was going to buy. I looked at the showcase windows for the rings and then I went to stand in the middle to select it. There were two girls standing at the ring case and both looked at me and went to someone else. I KNOW I was there before both people they helped. I didn't say a word, finally what appear to may be a lead or possibly manager came to help and I mentioned to her what happened, she never apologized or anything, she damn near gave the eye of she didn't care. THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUED WITH THE PURCHASE is because the ring is what someone told me they wanted. My being African American and the majority of the area is Hispanics, I didn't want to allude to that was the case, but it sure felt like it. I've toyed all day with taking it back and finding another location to purchase, but it's too close to Christmas. I'm here for vacation and by far feel this is the worse Pandora store I've come across and we frequent several because we give charms as gifts. My account is not under this email, and I'm not looking for nothing in return, but train your people better because the customer service was very poor.I actually forgot part of the stack and I refuse to go back there. I will wait until I get back home to DFW and go to one of those stores.

I love PANDORA jewelry but the customer service in this store is terrible, since the people who work there are disrespectful as well as the manager. Since when I went to the store to have a charm changed, the saleswoman told me no and I told her that she could please ask the manager, and she went for the manager and came out with an offensive attitude, first questioning whether the charm It is legitimate from Pandora when I bought all my jewelry there and she started to put on an aggressive attitude that not even she, who is the manager, has any benefits there when at no time is she questioning the store's return policies, I simply asked if they could exchange it for me since a defect was made due to constant use of the product.

I come in often to get my engagement ring cleaned and today had a bad experience. The lady was rude and would not clean my ring. Said they were busy and didn't clean them on Saturdays...since when? I go in there almost every other week for my ring to be cleaned. And for them being busy no one was in the store. Not sure I'll be back now. Twice I've had an employee be rude.

Was shopping in the mall today and as I was walking past Reed's (where my husband originally bought my ring 4 years ago), I decided to get my ring cleaned (I had gotten it cleaned maybe 6 months ago) and had a pleasant experience with the man working there at that time. Today, not so much. Walked up to the counter where I saw a lady sitting down on her laptop and as I walked up, I said hi, would I be able to get my ring cleaned? She didn't even say hello or good morning, mind you and just shook her head yes and I proceeded to take off my ring and gave it to her. So 6 months ago, when I had it cleaned, it took about 5 minutes. It had only been maybe 2 minutes (if that) and the lady comes out from the back room and hands me my ring without saying anything. I just say thank you. As I walk out of the store, I examined my ring and there's still white stuff underneath the diamond area when 6 months ago, all of that was gone. Entirely bad customer service on her part. If I do go here again, I will avoid this lady.

Very unprofessional employees. Jewelry is pretty but wouldn't purchase multiple times. Atmosphere is tense and fake. They are polite but you can tell they try too hard. Wish it was a different experience they have pretty items but nothing worth going out of my way to get.

I want to start by saying that I like reeds selection and the sales representatives are for the most part helpful but the service after the sale is the worst I have ever encountered they're delivery with usp was delivered to the wrong house and refused so my jewelry was sent back to the manufacturer with a lengthy delay then when they got it back I was promised it would be overnited to me that was a week ago now I have called everyday and every day I'm promised a new delivery every day now its a new week and I was promised it would be delivered today and again it's not been delivered I'm so discouraged with this entire experience and lack of caring on reeds end I will never shop there again and that's sad because I like so many things they have in the store and online The thing that made the least since to me was how such a reputable company couldn't even contact me back when they said they would every time I called I only got a response after posting reviews so I will continue posting on a new platform everyday with updates on how thie experience ends if I ever receive my jewelry but I'm no longer holding my breath I have no faith left that this will end well and my customer satisfaction is less than 0
