“The associates were very nice to me. Attentive and seemed to care. The manager woman, and it might just be a tone issue, always seems bothered. In my 3 times visiting (I made a layaway) always just seemed annoyed. I asked to speak to her once, as I had some questions about a promo that was being offered and was wondering if maybe my purchase was eligible for the promo. Very simple questions. When the associate went to grab her, as she’s walking towards me, yells for the entire store to hear “Who’s asking for a manager?!”. I found that experience very unpleasant, as I truly do not like other people in my business. It felt like a spectacle, and it feels sad to say management is the only reason my experience wasn’t great. However I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.”
