I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when I pay for a service, but Peerless Cleaners and Crystal failed miserably on both counts. I will never be returning to this establishment and will be sure to share my experience with others to warn them of the poor service and rude staff they might encounter.

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. I have visited the 3 times, and each time my experience has gotten worse. First, they over charge for a service which is extremely unreliable. When you drop off your clothes with these people there is no way of knowing when you’ll get it back. It took 6 days to dry clean 2 pairs of pants and 3 dresses. They’re posted hours of operation seem to be only a suggestion since they are closed during posted days open. Last Friday and Saturday they were closed. Why???? No real explanation??? I will never patronize this place again. They are crooks who do god knows what with your clothes when they have them. Please join me in boycotting this company and show them that the residents of Corpus demand better service.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD. I am absolutely shocked at how awful the customer service was at this location. The lady over the counter (Crystal) was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. My husband left clothes on a Wednesday to be ready by Friday for a work trip out of town. When clothes went to be picked up Saturday morning Crystal was very rude and basically said the truck never came in and clothes wouldn't be ready until Monday. She had no explanation, no apology, and basically told my husband too bad when he explained he needed this clothes for a trip he flies out of on Sunday evening. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE and do not waste your money or time on them. That lady should never be hired for any job with the poor attitude, and lack of professionalism she has.
Very disappointing and a sad excuse for a business if these are the type of people they hire.

Horrible customer service, did not get what we requested. We requested welder starch on my husband’s shirts, but when they arrived it was not starched at all. They said if we wanted it to be starched again, we had to pay twice. After a phone call, the employee agreed to send it back to be done correctly using welder. Days later we came to pick up shirts and they were not ready. Came back again and they couldn’t locate them. I had to search myself and found them with a note stating the shirts couldn’t hold heavy starch! WTH? Horrible!!!?????

Very rude person at the counter when I came to pick up my clothes. 11 men's shirts press-only was $63 including tax. I'll slave at the ironing board myself for $5 a pop to iron a shirt. First and last time I will use them.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Dropped off a suit to be cleaned for my grandfathers funeral and it ended up getting “lost” within their main factory. Nobody was willing to help, it took driving down there 3 separate times, and calling 5 different people for someone to actually do their job. They only have one manager running all 10 locations, no wonder they suck. Do better.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Very rude staff in this cleaner place!!! She claimed that she has been worked there for years and refused to accept paying after receiving my comforter. She gave no explanation and just said no.

I've had shirts cleaned several times and not a single complaint. Always ready when promised. Excellent job each time and the counter lady is very pleasant and helpful.

Good afternoon,We are in need of some assistance. My wife and I have been using your location on 7626 s staples for years, and have been extremely loyal with yall. However we have now encountered an issue that for some reason can not be resolved. We were overcharged for a service and when asked why the charge was in such excess the representative that works there was unable to provide any information and refused to give us an itemized receipt. When asked for management she refused to give us any information on who we can contact. We have been attempting to get this issue resolved with no avail for the past two weeks. We have left multiple messages and we keep getting the runaround. We need to speak with someone in management that may help us resolve this issue. Please give us a call or email us as soon as possible. If we do not have a response by the end of day today we will be forced to contact our bank to issue a dispute on the charges on our account. We understand mistakes happen but it is extremely frustrating not having communication.

Lost an article of clothing my dad took in to get dry cleaned, mind you it was brand new . No one has any idea where it went and everyone just gives us the run around when asked to speak to the manager about where the item could be because apparently they would know, “we don’t know when the manager will be here” horribly ran business , definitely report to the BBB. Don’t go here , there are so many other dry cleaners in town who will actually return your items .

Damaged my work shirts in which I had to pay for then buy more shirts for work. And a year later just a bunch of false promises to be called back. Never, not one time has anyone ever called me back. Extremely poor management

Horrible customer service at this location. Arrived when they were supposed to be open and had to wait 15 minutes until clerk arrived late. When I simply asked if this was a regular occurrence, she went off on me, never apologized, had zero accountability and treated me horribly when the error was clearly hers. She was obviously angry or upset for being late (or something else) and took it out on me when I just asked a legitimate question as a new customer. Will not be going back.

Do not go here, ruined my Military uniform. It’s not wearable anymore. Over 200.00. I Filed a claim as per their request. I was also told the owner takes these very seriously. And claims to support the military. Claim was submitted 6+ weeks ago. I have placed 40+ calls. 10 emails. Manager Crystal is no where to be found. Horrible service, workers are hiding her from the calls. At first they were very nice, and now they just hang up. I have called every hour each day. And she is never available if the owner reads these look for the ticket 405966 and you can call me. This is the worse service In 7 states and 20 years I’ve had. You should ashamed. I do not recommend this company to anyone.Service: Organic dry cleaning
