The one star is for a CUSTOMER (not the business) who overheard my ordeal and after I went sobbing to my car came to knock at my window - I was thinking I was in her way; as I rolled down my window she placed $40 into my seat and briskly walked away before I could collect myself, the money and see where she went to give it back. Thank you stranger - I hope that kindness is returned to you 10x and so much more.I had an issue with this business a few years back - and swore I wouldn’t be a patron again.However, my partner dropped off two items as we were short on time, energy, etc. after moving across the country for his new job with me being 37weeks pregnant.They are the same horrible business I remembered- trying to steal my clothes, didn’t even clean them, and lie about their pricing.This time, they quoted him for two blankets - he specifically went over the services listed with the employee, discussed detergents (he has very sensitive skin and most are too harsh), and when they would be ready.When I went to pick them up, I was charged over DOUBLE what he had been told. 4x what we paid at our old cleaners for the same garments. When I expressed to the employee it was incorrect, she told me there was nothing she could do about it and began to suggest I leave the larger item there - I didn’t even let her finish her statement as prior this location had attempted to steal a pair of $100 work pants from me.I asked for my original ticket to be returned to me (it wasn’t - she printed a new one), who the manager was and when I could come into to speak with her.I was given the same response - Bree and you can meet her after noon tomorrow. Mind you, this was the EXACT same response given a over year ago; when I attempted then to meet her, I was told each time she had left for the day and was unreachable on her cell phone EACH TIME - while my clothes were no where to be found, until the last day when I was informed they were “locked in the back” and only she had the keys.Use this establishment at your OWN RISK. The services rendered didn’t even follow what was agreed upon.My cherished item was dried on high and ruined. I haven’t even had the heart to unpack the other one.Guess it makes sense why Peerless is closing down (I heard upon moving back earlier this month) - they employee dishonest people that adhere to their businesses thieving principles.

It’s a decent place to go if you have too many loads to wash in your normal laundry facility/house and not enough time, which is why I give it 2 stars.
However, outside of that situation, I wouldn’t go here. They charge 6.50 minimum per wash (that’s FOUR times more than what my apartment machines charge). Super overpriced. The machines were pretty dirty, and the soap dispensers were *coated* in mold when you look inside.

I expect to pay more for larger washer but dryers are a little bit more. $0.25 for 3 minutes, they do not put out that much heat. Travel a lot and have been to many different laundromats and this place is ok, cleaned and was there on Sunday morning so it was not busy.

Don't use peerless cleaners, they lose or give your clothes away, say they will pay for your clothes and you will never here from them. I will get an attorney to have to get my money back, pour business.

ZERO STARS! We dropped our dry cleaning off 2 months ago at another Peerless location. The other locations hours became limited and then they were never open, nor answered phone. I finally call this location and told they were moved there 2 months ago, basically right after I dropped them off. We’re talking thousands of dollars worth of suits and they didn’t even think to call, but rather made us track it down. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want your clothes held hostage.

Washing machine was out of order but there was no sign to say it was not working and I already had put money in and by the time I noticed it was too late but when I told the worker she said she was sorry but she couldn't give back my money. So they get a 1 star
