I have faithfully taken my dog in once a month for a total of 5 years. Every once in a while I would miss a month depending on my schedule. During this time, I have only had two groomers. My last groomer is no longer with petsmart so therefore I had to choose someone else. So my dog was groomed in January but not in February and it was past time. I schedule an appointment for later this month. The young lady named Heather called me and told me she didn't feel comfortable grooming my dog since she said I didn't like how she was groomed. I politely told her that was not the case even though my dog still had quite a bit of hair on her crown. I was never rude to this woman and if I was so upset why would I reschedule. Apparently petsmart groomers don't take kindly to feedback. Then don't ask the question. Very upset with petsmart and I will never take my fur baby there again. This was an opportunity for this young lady to grow and have a forever client. Oh well I'll just go the the competitor. Heather remember your job is to satisfy me and any other paying customer. You don't groom the dog the way you want , you groom the dog the way the pet parent ask you too. Remember you are not a paying customer, we are

Been going to this site for years and today 3/27/25 took the cake they refused to sell me two algae eaters cause I started a had a fish tank with gold fish,lol... I had a whole disagreement over fish tanks I have in my home saying that their worried about the safty of the fish, but sell me crickets and mill worms for my reptiles lol.. what about their safety ?

I take my Pomsky (Pomeranian Husky) Maya to Mckenzi one of the many amazing groomers and she always does an amazing job! I always have Mckenzi brush her teeth, deshed ,and trim her nails/hair. Definitely recommend Mckenzi for all your grooming needs!

Horrible experience with older lady working register 1 on 1/2/25. She was automatically rude and impatient when I asked if I could have help with a 40 gallon glass tank that I could not carry alone.
I was also holding a snake (which was safely contained in a plastic holder) and had my hands full. When I went to set the animal down so I could safely grab my card to pay, she asked if I could, “not set THAT up there.” Referring to my animal. How rude. She then proceeded to carelessly chunk two $20 basking lights in the shopping cart. As a former PetSmart employee, it was always my first duty to share love and compassion for pets of all species. Why hire employees that hate animals and won’t go the extra mile for paying customers?

I've been to numerous Petsmarts and this was appalling. Half of thr employees were standing around on their phones doing nothing while lines formed. Half of the lights throughout the building were off, including those inside the animal containment. Most shelves needed a lot of restocking. Poor management for sure. Would not recommend unless you're desperate.

I like this PetSmart for my two fur babies. It has a lot of variety in cat food and a good section of toys. They are also very good about letting you know if you have saved up any money through the rewards program.
