No communication from Denton warehouse about why TWO heavy duty locks were missing and replaced with a combination lock that we had to get cut off by the delivery driver. No resolution from the claim I submitted other than offering a refund for the lock. No accountability and responsibility from Denton warehouse. No contact person but messages to call the 1-800 # to go through the process over and over again.

My experience using PODS was exceptional. Everything from the initial quote to the final destination pick up of my container was flawless. PODS kept their word and communicated with me throughout my move. Thanks for making moving halfway across the country less stressful!! PODS ROCKS!

The ease and convenience are top-notched. The drivers are respectful and professional, however, ensure your order has weight tickets on each container. It has been challenging trying to resolve a missing weight ticket for 1 of 3 containers.I have contacted customer service and reported the issue but no contact by them yet or resolution at the time of this post.***See below***Please do not let my issue stop you from using PODS. I would highly recomnend PODS (4.9 stars). Besides this minor issue, this was the BEST military move compared to 22 previous moves. The drivers were professional , courteous and prompt. Installation and removal went well, no damage to my property. The customer service team is polite and helpful. I believe the system didn't include all of my containers when she added the weight tickets. Common error but a lttle frustrating. I WILL DEFINITELY USE AND/OR RECOMMEND PODS AGAIN

Would take an entire day to reach someone. They quoted me $5,000 for 2 containers than said it’s $5,000 each and apologized, not honoring their price quote.

This was my first time using PODS and it was refreshing to not have to load my belongings in a truck, take it to a storage unit, unload it, and then do it all over again when we were ready to collect our belongings. The POD was in our driveway and made the process so much easier with less stress and hassle, and, while it was a little bit more expensive than a traditional storage unit, the value outweighed the extra cost.

Absolutely horrible and left all of my belongings covered in mold/salt damage/rust.On the website, it states that if you choose to leave your pod at a pods facility, it will be kept indoors. I’m fairly certain my pod was left outside for an extended period of time at the storage facility in corpus. After unloading my pod and getting rid of it after an international move to Canada from Corpus Christi, as I unpacked i noticed extensive mold, salt, and rust damage to nearly everything inside of the pod.So I thought back and remembered several pods that were outside of the building right next to the street. I figured they were empty pod containers, but I went to go and take a look when I was back in corpus for a visit. There are locked containers out on the side of the building that could easily be broken into. And they are left out in the heat and humidity which will damage items just like what happened with mine. I went back several times to take pictures and have proof that most of the containers from the first set of photos are still outside in the same location.I can only assume that my pod was also left out like these. It is ridiculous and needs to be addressed! I need several thousand dollars to cover the damages to my property and none of the customer service people are helpful.Here are some photos of my belongings after being in the pod and some of my photos I took of the locked pods sitting out on the street.

I have previously used PODS and it was great. THIS TIME WAS A NIGHTMARE. The delivery and initial pick-up was great; it was the 9 day late, "truck broke down", POD was damaged when it arrived and items broke that was horrid.

Overall good experience but they messed up my weight tickets really bad for my move. If you need weight tickets for your move be careful cause the system they have set up to get you your weight tickets is not very good..

PODS was late 4 days (include weekend) and they tried to give me $100 credit. I already spend over $800 hotel with my family for 4 days. After negotiation, they promised $400 and I accepted even though it was not satisfied. But after 3 weeks, I'm still waiting the refund.

Didn't even know 1 of our PODS wasn't on the driveway anymore. They sent a truck to retrieve a POD that had been picked up 10 days prior.

Within 5 uses of the pods provided padlock, our key broke inside the lock. After removing the key, the lock was completely broken and did not unlock with any of our extra keys. When contacting pods, they told us that we would have to pay for our own locksmith or wait until business hours for them to remove the padlock, however we would have to pay for the labor involved. The pods customer service told me that it was our padlock now once we were given it, even though it became faulty within the first 5 uses. We had to use an outside source to remove the lock for free and had 1 less day to load our pod. I would highly recommend using your own padlock with a code or a higher quality lock.
