90% sure that they sold my phone number. The day after I went to mail package, I got flooded with USPS text messaging phishing links. To this day I still get daily scam calls.
Whatever price they have for their services is not worth the time wasted attempting to mitigate spam.
NEVER give these people your real number, and I strongly recommend to never give these people your business.

This is the 6th time my package shows never sent after I’ve dropped it off and waited DAYS for it to get scanned and keep watching tracking and it never was sent! Just keeps saying label made-never scanned in ! First my Christmas packages, then other things… I am never using this place again. I don’t know what these people do with packages, but this is rediculous to always be having issues with shipping out anything from here! This place is closer than the post office to me but I guess I’ll drive the extra miles to an actual post office because they “never know” where the package is eventhough it has tracking and they were the ones who accepted the packages! Don’t bring your stuff here!

These guys know what they do. I needed a Notarized true copy of my Diploma and the bank had no idea what I need and I came to this store. These guys are professionals and are knowledgeable.

I currently maintain a monthly service for mail pick up with them. All 3 visits to the store for mail pick up and notary were seamless. Staff is friendly and efficient.
