Had a great experience and was extremely satisfied and grateful for the work they did on my Ford F150. The day i dropped it off i had just picked it up from another business that never called me, was told one thing when i showed up to find out about my truck, then told another thing the second time i showed up after being told another thing. I was frustrated and just wanted to be informed on status of my vehicle but that shop failed. The moment i dropped off my truck at Pro Drive the lady at the counter greeted me explained the inspection and got my information. The lady informed me they were a little busy and it may take a day before they get me a diagnoses and they would call me as soon as they got it diagnosed. To my surprise they had a diagnoses later that day, when i was able to call them back they explained my diagnoses and recommended another service to be done and i was very happy with the call and i approved the work. With less then a week of having my truck they called and informed me my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. The other shop said part needed for repair was no were to be found nation wide, that's another story. I highly recommend Pro Drive and they earned my business and if i ever need service i the future i with now have confidence in knowing Pro Drive can keep me informed and accomplish the job. FIVE STARS, 10 OUT OF 10!

This place really really sucked I took my 2000 Honda Accord they were too scared to touch. They said it was too old for a car. older cars are easier to work on the Newer car.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Negative Stars!
And the sketchy feeling everyone very confidently asking "which discount tire sent you? " multiple times made me feel uneasy. Like they were in cohoots.
Even futher, They didnt have my appt i had called about a week earlier.
And then they didnt inform me when i made said apt of thw correct timeline or price. They were absolutely unprepared. Very disappointing.
And then at the end tried to charge me more then DOUBLE the original estimate.
Most frustrating and difficult and untrustworthy transaction i have ever done.
I hope to never to back.
And I wish I had never trust the recommendation.

Good shop. Had some preventative maintenance done on my truck (brake fluid and coolant exchange, alignment, transmission fluid and filter). Prices quoted before the job matched what I actually paid. Great communication by Taylor on scheduling, drop off, and pickup. Mechanic even came out and discussed what he found when working on my vehicle. Honest people and a genuine auto repair shop. Would recommend.

I had an emergency and needed help right away. With only about an hour till they closed. They were extremely nice and helpful and got me taken care of right away. Highly recommend them as I won't forget their hospitality and work ethic. Thank you all again!

I can only vouch for the SPID location, I had brakes/rotors and rear differential service done. Excellent work, very honest, fairly priced, and punctual. Highly recommended. First time I've left an auto shop and truly trusted the work done/didn't get screwed on the price in a very long time. Beats the hell out of your "big name" auto shops.

Great experience first time around with my son’s car. Taylor is good on his word. Kept us informed and follow up after a couple of to make sure we were not expecting any issues with the car on what they worked.
That’s why I came back with my own vehicle. Honest people and excellent customer service. Absolutely great work. I feel confident knowing when I leave here they fixed the problem I came in with. Thank you again Taylor and staff.

Pro Drive is a well run and efficient repair shop. Thanks to Richard Slavin for his help in making this repair and car rental smooth and efficient. I brought my truck in for a warranty repair and the mechanic saw the truck immediately and gave me a diagnosis. Richard made the car rental process easy by providing a ride to the rental place and picked me up after I dropped the car off.They called me with updates and had the truck back to me within two days…. As promised. When I went to pick the truck up, I left a bag at the shop. They called me before I got home and said they would hold it for me. The shop is normally closed on the weekend, but one of the mechanics said he would open the shop Saturday so I could pick my bag up…. That’s service!I recommend Pro Drive as your auto service center.

Went in to get a quote for a wheel bearing replacement for my van. The service advisor seemed nice enough. He was unable to give me a quote right away, but promised to send on later that day. That never happened, and when I called back the next morning and requested that he'd call me for an update, that never happened, either.

I came to prodrive because my seat belt was not retracting in the back middle in my car so I had Taylor look at it and he took right care of it. Really good business.
