This was my first time at the Quest at 3133 S. Alameda and my last. Maybe I just got a bad technician, but she was not friendly, was smacking gum with her mouth open and very pushy. I've been to several other Quests and have never had a bad experience, this was the worst. I won't be going back.

My granddaughter who is 10 is very afraid of getting blood work done. The woman who drew her blood was very patient and gentle with her. I am very satisfied with our visit.

My tech was efficient, friendly, and organized. She made me feel at ease. Facility was clean and orderly.

Extremely fast service. I'm a notoriously hard stick for blood draws and they were able to get me in one try.

The technician I saw was very helpful and friendly. Although I can't say that about all the technicians there, I do recommend going here.

I had a VERY unpleasant time in this place. I DO NOT recommend it. To begin with, there is NO ONE physically who can help you with any questions. It is difficult for people who are not familiar with technology. And the staff service is overbearing and rude. Terrible service

This center is horrible! I feel pain in my hand, the examination place after a week. A technician got my blood sample that was like a beginner. She was struggling with my hand to find the vein. When she could find it, twisted the needle in the vein. It was horrible and painful. Even after a week, my skin has remained bruised!

I wish I could remember the lab tech's name who helped me. She was great! This is the only time I have had such great help at Quest. She was smart, cordial, and quick.
