Usually great.....but I've noticed that pretty often (like today) one of the wash brushes wasn't working. The part that comes down to clean the front grill, the hood, and the windshield wasn't working. Didn't see it come down. Left soap on the mirrors and windshield. (Airline @ S. Alameda location).

Great car wash with a solid team. I was greeted and thanked for having a membership. I got into the wash super fast and they had towels outside waiting for me. Would recommend!
