If you are needing any work boots come to this red wing store for a great experience and 5star service.Lucinda and Christi will take care of you and make sure you leave there with the perfect fitting boot and any other accessories you may need.They will go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need and if they don’t have it they can order it or make it happen by working there computer magic.And if doing an online return they can get it done with minimum hassle.The whole ordeal of returning my boots I purchased online literally took the less than 10 minutes. I thank you guys for having great energy and making me feel welcomed and that it was not gonna be a big ordeal like the Red Wings Manager At Ayers St did. FYI please don’t go there unless you like pushy and horrible customer service and attitude. Please come to this Awesome Store here off Airline.

Tl;dr: The employees at this store (Airline Rd) listen, offer knowledgeable advice and do their best to help you out with what you’re asking for. All 4 employees I dealt with at this store are awesome!
Story time:
Have been rocking Red Wings for almost 13 years with the industry I am in. I typically go to this store every year for new boots (company voucher). The last 2 I’ve gone online. I recently did another online order, but changed the model of boot this time around. The boot picked just didn’t work with my feet. I decided to try to get advise and help at the Port Ave Red Wing store, but was met with an employee that seemed as if I was lying about the pain I was feeling and a huge inconvenience to his day although I was the only customer in his store at 9:15am in the morning. The employee made it seem that me doing a “buy online, return in store” was the wordy thing that could be done it would “take hours” to do the process.
I left the store without returning the boots due how I was treated, feeling unheard and with zero direction on how to proceed.
I finally went to the Airline Rd Red Wings this afternoon. I explained my situation again about the pain from the current boots and needing assistance. There were 3 employees and all 3 jumped up to help. Eventually I worked with only employee and he assisted on getting me a wider boot to try. The boot felt better but he assured me that if this boot (same model as previous boot) doesn’t work out, there is ZERO ISSUE on coming back and moving back to my older model boot that has always worked for me.
When I explained how I was treated at the Port Ave Red Wings, they were taken aback and did their best to make things right. I appreciate the employees allowing me to vent my frustration, listening to what how my feet were feeling and trying to find a solution. Also the “Buy Online, Return in Store” process took all of 5 minutes, tops and was done on an iPad by the employee.
If these boot don’t feel right, I feel confident that I can walk into this store and return the boots without any condescending attitude or annoyed behavior.
Thank you again, the employees of the Airline Red Wings Boots store. I appreciate your patience, time, expert advice, and great attitudes.

Poor service and horrible staff. Honestly, people don't decide their feet size. Says a lot about the character of their workers and what the company allows. Disgraceful.

I cannot recommend this place enough, wow!!
My Husband and I went in here on 9/29/2024 and were helped by Christy Allen. She is the most kind, professional, and knowledgeable retail salesperson we have ever encountered. Christy knew exactly what to recommend for comfort and specificity.. she checked all of the p's and q's when it came to getting the best work boot for his feet.
