I went to get rims and tires and everything was fine until payment time came i called and spoke to mersadez she worked with me but because my husbands pay wasnt in the card they came and repode my tires . Didnt even ask or called to see if i had the payment Came to my house and didnt even knocked on my door to ask me if i had payment they were real quick to take my shit. Then has the nerve to tell my son because i referred him to them they denied him because we owed a payment remind ya i had payment just not in my card these people are very unprofessional. I will never refer anyone there again. Dont take your anger out on me i was giving ya business .

The staff at the Corpus Christi Texas location was extremely helpful and very courteous. I was in and out with new rims and tires for my wife's 2022 Ford Explorer in about 2 1/2 hours. TPMS kept acting up immediately after the installation of new rims and tires. Contacted store and was told to bring it back for reprogramming. All has been great since. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a new look on your vehicle.

Went in and left with a nice set of wheels and
Tires. The application process was really easy the two ladies up front were really nice and
Helpful and the guy ross was really helpful and helped me get exactly what i wanted on my gladiator. Even the tire technician in the back was real thorough and loaded up my old tires for me in my truck. Overall I’d highly recommend this place!!!

1st time buyer for some wheels affordable prices great and helpful personnel wverything explained in drtail. Drove off less then 2 hours with some new rims very satisfied.

Very disappointed with the service. First wasn't allowed to view the used tires we were renting to buy, three out of four had severe damage, my car was wobbly at 50 miles an hour. We complained to them, they promised exchange for new rims. Went back to get exchange and barely drove 30 miles on our way home and front left tire lost 10 lbs of pressure!!! Now we had a portable air compressor thank goodness and aired up the tires, on our drive back to RAW, the tire was almost flat. Come on RAW DO BETTER FOR YPUR CUSTOMERS

Was referred to this good place nothing but troubles at the end. No communication no courtesy calls to call notify client tech called in. Several reschedules due to poor management on appt schedules then they send you to big boys to help w there mess and get poor services. Charge twice 7/19 and 7/20 then state they refunded payment w no proof on my end and w no email stating they did! Last payment went through on schedule and now they charging me 103. According to them if paid they won’t be able to help cause account with be closed. I didn’t close it cause I didn’t receive the services I needed, my tires still need balance they didn’t check for what I told them to do, they just rotated the tires! You guys are fast to charge and helpless on helping a customer out rather you just send them out so they can fix your job! Very disappointing services given!
