For Corpus Christi it’s a 10 star hotel but if you have been anywhere else in the world I would say 3 stars at best due to poor service.
We stayed 2 days and they just decided they weren’t going to clean our room even after repeatedly asking them to clean our room and to provide clean towels

Room had a moldy odor. Carpet appeared and felt filthy under my feet. The dishwasher didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Mold in the shower.
Breakfast items ran out around 0940 am and weren't refilled for later incoming guests. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Why do hotels in humid climate areas need to install carpet?
I was glad to leave.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating for my late check out. Hard to beat the location - there are a dozen or more places to eat and plenty of sights all right within walking distance. The Bayside view isn't bad, either.

Terrible customer service. Terrible manger. Was charged double for my room. No help was offered and no one will return my phone calls.

This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was extremely poor. I was mistakenly charged for two rooms instead of one, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my calls have been ignored. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak with the manager, but have yet to receive any response. At this point, I will be disputing all charges with my bank.

Absolute chaos from the get. We booked 2 weeks in advance and made payment 3 days in advance through booking.com. The day we were suppose to check in, the hotel try to cancel our reservation even after showing them a reservation conformation payment and showed them the charge from my account. We even called a day in advance to make sure everything was ok. They did absolutely nothing to fix it besides trying to charge me another $350. Not worth the hassle. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful view of the ocean, friendly staff, breakfast was great and a great happy hour! Victoria was an outstanding bartender!

Stayed here for 2 days over the weekend. For the price I paid to stay here, the room could have been much cleaner. The shower and the kitchen area especially. The shower had what looked like mold or something in the corners, along with the shower floor having dirt and old soap residue all over it, the shower head was calicified and didn't spray water well, and the floor had hair on it. The kitchen had crumbs on the floor and dried up spilled drink on the cabinets and floor. The breakfast was the best thing I experienced here. Very tasty options, and even had turkey sausage there for those of us that don't eat pork. Lady at the desk when I checked in was really nice as well!

I wish I can give a negative 5, This hotel canceled my confirmed and documented reservation without calling me or the agency I reserved thru. I reserved early because I was flying in to Corpus for the first time, I made sure I had a confirmation. The cancellation completely disrupted my stay. I wouldn’t use this hotel if you’re not a member or a platinum member because I was told that new customer reservations won’t be honored if a member needs a room. New customers beware.

We decided to head for a weekend stay we are from San Antonio . So when I booked it we were excited on how they made it seem it was going to be a very nice stay . Well when we arrived the hotel looks nice from the outside but as soon as we walked in . Horrible smell like . We didn’t think anything of it because we saw staff cleaning so I said well they are cleaning it will be better late . We checked in and the nice lady was super attentive and very kind . Check in process what fantastic. When we got to the room for me it was a 3 out for 4 again I said give them a chance the nice lady did say they are extremely busy and I didn’t want to be a bother . I checked the beds and they looked decent but the couch and tables and lamps were nasty I had to clean everything good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies . Then when we showerd lord!!!!! Broken hardware we could not get any more then splats of water from the shower head . I went to the front desk and she said she was sorry but they didn’t have maintenance over the weekend. So we delt with it honestly it was as not worth my $250 for the night not at all!!!!!! Breakfast was nice but they could not make up for the horrible smell that lingered in the halls the bar and dining area and our horrible shower that couldn’t even work right . Definitely won’t stay here again !
