I usually love going to this location to shop but today I felt sad. I went in around 1:30 this afternoon and whoever was the manager on duty was really rude to her associates. There is a younger lady that usually works in the fitting room in which I heard the manager tell you “You need to hustle…” I’m sorry but this is a retail store. It was not busy and I’m most positive this sweet young lady was doing everything she could to be of assistance while on her shift. The manager was standing by the cashier I was at where she was continuing to make remarks as if she wasn’t satisfied with things she was seeing in her proximity. Perhaps she was having a bad day but she was taking it out on everyone around of her. To Alex my cashier: thank you. To the manager: take a breath, be thankful you have your position and be a leader by showing and doing.

I think this is the store that doesn't fold the clothes when putting them in the bag. And there is an employee who has a very ugly attitude.

Going to be quite honest, Ross doesn't really feel like a "discount store" because the prices haven't really changed all too much. This Ross was too small and chaotic. Me and the wife didn't really find anything we liked. The line was a little on the long side for being the morning. We left empty handed. However the store was bright and vibrant which gives it a couple of stars back. We probably won't be returning to this Ross or other Ross stores till their prices change to real discount status. $60 for a pair of shoes that are supposed to be "discounted" is outrageous. Might as well go to Shoe Carnival in Corpus Christi. 2/5 stars. Disappointed by the prices.
