I had a wonderful experience with Royal Touch. The staff was friendly and my stylist was very attentive to my hair. I am tender headed and she was gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable. She did a really great job. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming here again.Services: Haircut

If you have natural hair please don't go here!!! I went here in oct 2020 for a silk press and a trim by Irma Gonzalez and she jacked my hair up!! my hair was over processed and heat damaged as she didn't use any type of conditioner or heat protectant and flat ironed my hair on the highest because I could smell my hair burning After washing my hair it still smelled burned and it looked like I got a relaxer after using many protein treatments and bond builders my hair was still never the same it never reverted back to its type 4 kinky and tightly coiled state so in feb 2021 I big chopped and had to get a taped fade after growing my hair out for 7 years at that time. please don't ever go here!!!

I was referred by a friend and left feeling a bit awkward after I was told to stand for my cut because my hair was long. Pictures were taken of the back of my hair and I thought it was ok however my sides weren’t shown to me and when I got home I was able to see the choppiness and uneveness towards the front of my hair. Although I came in with my hair already flatironed I guess I assumed that my ends would have been bumped after my hair was cut. Slightly dissatisfied and still trying to understand the standing.Service: Haircut

I will not recommend anyone with NATURAL HAIR to go here!!!! It will be heat damaged and chemical damaged. I had hair stylist Irma do my natural which I asked her if she could do natural hair before hand. And if she had safe shampoo and conditioner for natural hair. But I believe she put chemicals In my hair because I wanted a Silk Press. When I washed my hair it smelled like eggs which is a sign of chemicals! My 4a hair was straight!!! My curls were no longer tight.. it was completely wavy. The front of my head was straight... I was so embarrassed and hurt and I’ve been growing my hair out for 6 years!! And to go to a salon to feel beautiful and change my hair... it turned into a Naturals worst nightmare. I then went to confront the salon and Miss Irma denied the whole thing saying she uses natural products and heat protective spray. I mentioned showing me the bottle she used to do my hair. Which she was hesitant to show me so I knew something was off. And another hair stylist tried to defend her and was saying it wasn’t chemical damage but heat damaged which is no better. But here’s the problem I’m the 2nd women!! With the same issue on natural hair from stylist Irma. I would not recommend this salon at all taking 6 years of growing my natural and ruined it. I had to cut my hair to start over. Again the 2nd women! And I believe Im not the last. Miss Irma needs to be stopped!Service: Curly hair

On October 20, 2020 I came here to really just get a silk press and a trim but I ended up getting highlights also which was a BIG MISTAKE! The person that ended up doing my hair was Irma and she does not know how to properly style or care for natural hair at all!!
