Came here after receiving the wrong size boot for my son from another medical supply store. Maria fitted him for the correct size boot and was so gentle with him. She was very caring and professional. Crystal helped me when I called and she was also very informative and polite. Everything was done in a timely manner. 12/10 would recommend.

We had a young patient who had never had access to a wheelchair and has been transported exclusively on his stroller, hindering his development and ability to explore what is around him. After making numerous phone calls trying to obtain any resources, we came up empty handed due to lack of financial resources. We called Russell Medical and was referred to the owner, David Russell, ATP, CRTS, QRP.We explained the case of our patient and he was willing to see him. He explained that this would entail a very detailed visit, probably a three hours session.During the session David Russell, owner, Crystal, JP, and James worked tirelessly for over three hours. They granted the patient the most fantastic wheel chair, a tray and shower chair designed exclusively for him and with space for adjustments as he continues to develop. They also trained the parents on how to put the wheelchair apart and together again, granting the parents the tools necessary and invited them to go back to the office if they needed additional help.We want to express our most sincere gratitude towards Russell Medical for their priceless expertise, their love, their compassion, and their tenderness towards our patient. Our patient already shows improvement in his posture and overall attitude thanks to his awesome wheelchair. He now spends time with his mom doing hand painting on his tray. He also enjoys the freedom of taking a bath without having to be restrained in the parents’ arms.I have prayed that every blessing that this team has given to our patient, returns to them one hundred fold.

We have been coming to Russell Medical for over 10 year and I have to say they have been the best never have we had a problem with anything they are there when you need them and try their best to help you with what ever you may need..David and James you guys are awesome Thanks for everything you have done for me and Especially Daniel..?Highly recommend

I have dealt with the owner since before Russell Medical was opened. He has always be straightforward with me on my son's needs and the products available. I highly recommend. If something is wrong with equipment they are quick to make arrangements to access and fix the problem. THANK YOU, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

I've been going to Russell Medical for almost ten years now, and they have always been great! From the day I rolled in, their focus has always been getting me what i need in terms of a power chair that fits my mobility and comfort needs, dealing with my insurance to make sure I had everything I need. I've gotten two power chairs through them, and they've always maintained them and made sure they ran smoothly, which is vital, especially considering the conditions of some of these Corpus sidewalks! From David and James, to the front office staff, they've all treated me well.Due to changes from my insurance I've had to look for another place to service my chair this year, which is a shame because I trust this crew completely.

Love Russell Medical!!!! They take awesome care of their clients and make sure all their kiddos get the right equipment !!! I have families that will only work with Russell Medical because they always go above and beyond for their families :) this is the best and only place I go for pediatric wheelchairs!
