Stephanie and Jennifer the VA representative, r 2 faced. The staff steals. I've seen it first hand. They will invade your privacy. Which is against the law I've seen the staff take boxes of food home and other charitable contributions from people given to the salvation army in the staff will take it to their homes this place is a rip-off. If you have a dream they will destroy it. Watch out for Anthony if you still works there he's prejudiced as all get-out

3 years ago they saved me from going homeless. Helped me with rent for 3 months just time enough to get back on my feet. Thank you Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army Church, located on the property, is amazing! The Church is full of young and old- very refreshing and clever peeps! The EASTER Service message by Major Russell left me in tears. The Lord LIVES here. Hallelujah!

They put there residents out in the rain and the cold I don't understand how they can force people to bell ring with health and mental issues people are getting sick and it seems like they don't care about there residents!

They do try to help people staying there offering resources and contacts for Alcoholic Anonymous Meetings. They even host a meeting in there. The building is beautiful & clean.

I would give this place a - 10 rating. They turned away 3 disabled women this July when it was 105 to 110 degrees. The people answering the phone are always rude and disrespectful. This place need to be reported to corporate for how they treat people

Responded to an ad on Facebook to ring bells for Chrismas 2021 stating we would be paid for it. It's now January 9th (payday was December 30th) and I still have not been compensated. Apparently the coordinator (who has terrible communication skills as it is) was supposed to tell me that direct deposit wouldn't go through with the first check, but Kristen failed to inform me of that when I handed her my paperwork upon applying and told her I would not be in town after Christmas. Supposedly my check was mailed. I was told it would be overnighted... that was about a week ago. I have been calling to try to get a confirmation number or something but they've been dodging phone calls. I would not recommend working for or volunteering for this branch, especially if you are relying on them to get your bills paid during hard times

The definition of disgusting. Evil lives here and all over the surrounding areas. The city hall and courts are here. Evil knows evil and that's all this place is. Disinfectant would be a plus. It's literally the nastiest place I've ever seen.

I hope and pray I never have to be at this place again. Disgusting showers, and the smell from the sleeping area was horrendous. There were no lights working in the dor. Area, so it made thi gs really hard for me. If you need a bed, humble yourself greatly. Let's have the staff and members of the board live there. Things will change. They only give dinner by the way.
