Just have to say that I had a very good experience at this Salvation Army today. Not only were the staff friendly, but the store manager Cynthia went above and beyond to greet and help us. Her overall positive attitude/personality is something I like to encounter anywhere I go. This will be my go-to place to shop for a discount. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

The management was great. Store was very well organized. I got getting there but it was worth helping others. They want me to go again , but next time. Water a meal and gas. They laughed. Thank you everyone at The Salvation army thrift store

They have been watching too many TikTok videos. Their furniture is so overpriced it’s comical. More than buying new in a store. Better off sticking to Facebook marketplace than wasting your time looking for anything in this store.

Not a great place at all. Over priced -- torn and broken items listed at bg box retail pricing -- the manager Cindy is extremely rude, snarky, and plain mean. I truly don't understand how she could possibly believe she is a good person with her attitude and actions. The only sweet nice people are Monica and Sébastien. Those two are the only ones who actually care about their jobs and being nice and civil to humans. Otherwise this place is a mold infested junk house, with ridiculous pricing on stained/torn/rotting/broken/rusted items. Besides the fact the Salvation Army itself doesn't do much for the community (but boy the C-suites get their mega cuts of the profits)

Recently, I have been shopping at the Salvation Army Store. The employees there have been very nice and very professional. A few years ago, I donated my daughter’s formal dresses that were hardly ever worn plus several other items, for instance a baby crib mattress.

5/4/2024 Usually they have plenty of sale color tags. Which I would give 5 stars. Not today, very few. The music is Awesome, keeps us in their longer, singing, dancing while shopping, just being happy. Some prices on items are high, I truly believe if they keep the prices low, more merchandise will move, they can stock more and make more. Everyone can benefit. Especially now a days people can't afford much.

Service was great staff was readily and willingly available to assist us. Unfortunately it was not very clean and extremely overpriced furniture for condition. Most items only had minor flaws and it was well organized. They did not have big enough bags for the pillows and items that wouldn't fit in an heb sized grocery plastic bag or tape to close the wrapping for glass items. They did have every staff member on point when an unstable customer got out of hand yelling and cussing angrily with someone whom may or may not have been on the other end of his phone. The manager had responded quickly and locked the door ( called law enforcement too) once the unstable man left the building ensuring safety of customers and staff.

I was pretty disappointed in this store most s.a. s are well organized and you can find everything easily. This one was the opposite. I was looking for t shirts for my 8yo went to the section marked for that but 80 percent of the shelf was girl stuff, women's stuff and a random mix of sizes. When I went to the women's section it was mostly women's but it was not organized by size which makes it incredibly frustrating and overwhelming to try and find what your looking for when they have like 15 isles of women's stuff. Ok prices but won't be back cuz of the lack of organization. Side note they do have open dressing rooms unlike good will.
